This place is a trip, an almost exact replica of the New Orleans original. Good food, fun atmosphere and potent drinks.

Staff were terrible, really couldn't be bothered! Waited for a table for maybe 15/20 mins which was fine, had a drink while we waited which was nice but expensive. When we got our table it took the staff a while to come over and take our orders, and a good while before the food came out. Half of the food was not what was ordered so had to be sent back and when we all had our food, it wasn't great! When we got the bill there were things we hadn't ordered on it and when we pointed this out to the staff member she was pretty rude and abrupt! Its far from an irish pub, but we didn't really expect one in Universal! Would not bother again.

I felt really let down by this place! We only popped in for a drink before going to see BMG and the service from start to finish was shocking! Front of house continued talking to other members of staff about a private matter and bar man was rude as soon as we walked in because we only ordered soft drinks - he literally rolled his eyes and said 'really is that it' little did he know our reasons to why we weren't drinking!!
This place does not have the atmosphere of a true Irish pub, and believe me I've been to a few.
Drinks were fairly expensive for what they are (heard the prices for some of the other orders) and not very family orientated, we seen a few family's leave quite quickly after coming in.
The food smells good but we didn't hang round to try it!

I called to check on my reservations to make sure we would be in the piano bar room and was told of course. When we arrived, we were immediately told that there was a private party and we would have to eat on the patio. Well ok, we had travelled and were tired. Then they put us by a fountain that was spraying water on us, under a storm cloud, and then the waiter asked us if we were allergic to bee stings because our table was directly next to a bush of bees and people had been stung. Offered to move us into an even wetter table. Food was terrible, reheated, canned gravy, steak luke warm.. the grits and shrimp were watery and he shrimp were boiled, was a like a bowl of gruel...Drinks were boring, but we got a glass, whooohooo..... just a mess.....

My family and I waited two hours for food, all the whole being told it would be out soon. Waitress didn't have a clue and the manager didn't seem interested in helping us after I spoke with him. Horrible experience, eat Micky D's instead.
