Pat O' Briens in Universal does a amazing job at duplicating the original. The patio and fountain looks great. It was a cold evening in January but with the gas heaters we were able to eat outside. Sevice and drinks were great. Had the muffletta sandwhich. Price was great.

Ate here on a Sat night, we didn’t have a wait, they seated outside which was a surprise because we didn’t even know they had a huge outside patio, We I order the jambalaya and half a sandwich, my husband order something with crawfish. The food was just ok and the drinks were really sweet. They have a men’s restroom downstairs and to get to the woman’s restroom you have either take the evaluator or climb 2 huge flights of stairs..over all this place was ok I don’t think we would go back.

We didn't pay the 10 bucks to get into the piano bar but the hurricane we ordered tasted terrible and was handed over by a grouchy bar keep who seemed more concerned with her shoes than her customers. You get to keep the glass as a keepsake but honestly it would be better to just forget that experience completely.

This is a really fun place to visit! If you just want to drink and/or sing, check out the piano bar with its duel pianos. You can request songs, or just sing along to songs everyone knows.

The restaurant is outside, but it's got plenty of heating if it's cool at night. The gumbo is good, plenty of shrimp and andouille sausage and peppers. But the jambalaya is my favorite! The rice is very moist and the flavors are melded well. Paired with a dinner salad it's a great meal.
