We were in the Brazillian steakhouse on the upper level of Latin Quarter. It was our first experience of this kind, and we enjoyed it very much. There was a good wine list, the salad bar ingredients looked and tasted fresh, and the meat certainly was available, as much as we wished. Service was attentive, and it seemed that every time we turned around another sampling was being offered - rib-eye steak, top sirloin, pork shoulder, chicken legs, chicken breast, filet mignon, sausage, lamb, and even grilled pineapple with a light cinnamon dusting. Some of the cuts were not quite as tender as the others, but the overall quality was quite good.
