We stayed at Westgate Lakes and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the first and last time we ordered from the Smokehouse grill was a great disappointment. We had decided to use their delivery service as our young children had fallen asleep early evening after a long day at the parks. I phoned from our apartment and was placed on hold. After 20 minutes of being on hold I decided to drive down there and order our food for take out. Once there, I was greeted by a number of irate patrons who had similar experiences to myself. With the obligatory "sorry" and then taking my order I waited for my food while others complained about the poor service. I had joined the queue of complainers but the manager, once summoned, seemed to be less than interested and decided just to take my food and go. Once back at our apartment we enjoyed our food but it was not the high standard I would have expected from the Grillhouse and would say it was very average.
We never back and I would be very reluctant to go back on our subsequent visits which will no doubt be every other year.
