We took our family for dinner.
1. This is NOT a Disney hotel!!!!
2. This is NOT a Disney hotel, so don't expect much!
The food had been sitting in the warmers for a long time. Everything was "extra crispy". The service was horrible. Waitress barely checked on us to refill drinks. The characters costumes were very worn.
We were very disappointed. Can't believe Disney allows you to make reservations for a non-Disney dinner even though it's on their site. They should definitely print that it is not a "Disney" experience. :-(
