Excellent Italian food, said by an Gluten Free Vegan.

Dont be shy at places like this where the Chef loves the challenge to be creative and serving.
Reason they did not get all stars is you have to ASK. Wish there was a Vegan menu but...

They went out of their way to take care of me, even though we were at a pre fixed menu as a group. Not the usual plate of one veggie, the chef made a veggie dish that the rest of the group was drooling after.

Even for dessert, I was given Sorbet, tasted home made.

Plenty of help and servers were excellent. Saw many families with children very content, so not exclusive to adult fine diners.

Located inside the Hilton, at the very end, opposite of the self park. Very long walk if you have heels on, so go ahead and get valet parking, your feet will thank you.

Staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for a conference. Read about the hotel restaurant's chef. Made reservations before we arrived to be sure we wouldn't miss out. Seated outside after a drink at the bar. Friendly and attentive hostess, bartender, and wait staff. Winter Squash Soup (on the evening's special menu) and Beet Salad (roast beets, green beans, fennel, avocado) topped with roquefort vinaigrette. Caesar Salad and Salmon Filet accompanied by potato puree and topped with tomato chive butter sauce. Butterscotch Pudding with a square of house-made salted toffee and Tiramisu. We're still talking about the subtle and satisfying blend of flavors. Female chefs rock!

Stayed nearby this year (stayed in this Hilton in 2011) due to no vacancies. Came by each evening for dinner (valet parking is free for La Luce's) you can't beat that (normally fast friendly vallet service)
Staff and management were very engaging without being intrusive. I can't say enough about how personable AND professional they are. Very accomodating for special requests (I'm the picky vegetarian).
Nice outdoor (covered) seating area, very modern wine bar, and nicely sectioned dining room areas - so that it has a more intimate feel even when crowded.
Food and deserts were outstanding as usual. Food is really a 5, I only dropped that to a 4 because the menu is quite rich in flavour, I would've given a 5 if just a few more lighter main course items were on the menu - then it would be perfection. I can't imagine you'd be dissappointed here. (I even loved the brussel sprouts so much I ordered them each night...)

One of our weekend getaway restaurants has been La Luce! Since 2009, as a Hilton Honors Member, this restaurant is a must if you are staying at the Hilton Bonnet Creek or the Waldorf Astoria. The food has been perfect each time, and if the dining area is busy, just take a seat at the bar. The staff is delightful and they always welcome us back. I love their homemade olive bread, enjoy the pizza, and they will even whip up something for you that's not on the menu.

One of the gems of Orlando. Donna Scala and her staff deliver authentic Tuscan cuisine in and informal atmosphere. We have never had a bad meal or service in the restaurant. It is on a must eat list for all of our out of town guest. Ask for Karima, she is outstanding in the level of service that she delivers to her guests.
