“Paradiso is Italian for heaven”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2013 via mobile

This is another of my favorite restaurants, located at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island. We always order the fried macaroni balls, which are the closest thing to heaven! This place is such a rare find and should be visited if you like light fare at a great price in a wonderful, heavenly environment. I've been here many, many times, which offers great service, reasonable prices, and you'll never leave disappointed. Try the salads which are so fresh and also very tasty. The view ain't so bad either, especially if you sit outside on the deck with a nice warm breeze. Paradiso 37 is Italian for paradise or heaven and probably the closest you'll get!

“Very interesting”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2013

We happened upon this place while walking through Pleasure Island, not wanting a big meal, but just snacks & drinks. We were seated outside along the rail & enjoyed the "parade" of people walking by! Service was good. Food was good but over-priced for the very small portions. Probably won't visit this place again.

“Fun Joint”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2013

We happened in to this place to avoid a thunderstorm. The food was great, our server was awesome and the vibe was friendly and comfortable. It probably would have been great to sit outside since it's adjacent to the waterway.

“Overpriced and OK food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2013 via mobile

Paradiso 37 is your classic tourist trap, it features a menu that allegedly boasts food inspired by 37 Latin countries, however for the most part the menu is populated by highly overpriced, uncreative American Southwest dishes.

I tried the crazy corn appetizer, which while tasty, is merely a weak attempt to replicate Mexican Esquites. The dish is nice but if you enjoy the combination of flavors you should try corn at Paseo Restaurant in Key West.

I also tried the fajitas and they were average. Hard to screw those up.

Service was great, server was attentive, courteous and knowledgable about the menu.

“Our worst value in the 5 days at Disney”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2013

Staff was very attentive and place was clean, but lunch prices high for the small portions of mediocre food. Only alcohol was a $9 salty margarita about 2/3 full served in plastic(ordered no salt but taste was very salty), $7 small milk shakes with no hints of ice cream, nachos suppposedly serve 2 but not even close and chips were very soggy. We planned to eat a light lunch and we were successful, $100 later all 4 of us left hungry & no one was impressed with food quality.
