The hotel offered excellent facilities for a family holiday and the rate was excepptionally good value. High grade of room and facilities with excellent pool and free use of all activities. The kids loved it and this helped us all to relax and enjoy our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property and noting what a great value it was to you. With so many amenities here on property, we are a destination resort. Stay and play here for a day or a week and there will always be something to do. We thank you for the five point rating and hope you will return again soon.

We've stayed her twice now and love it! We didn't even go to the theme parks because there is so much to do at the hotel. The pools are amazing. Waterfalls, caves, Jacuzzis, bridges over the pool and a great slide. The lake has kayaks, water bikes, canoes, and paddle boards. There is pitch putt golf, and a rock climbing wall along with bikes for one, two, and four! The best part is it's all included with your resort fee. We were there over the July 4th weekend and there was so much to do we couldn't do it all. The food at the restaurants was great and the service all over the hotel was wonderful. If you are planning on going to the theme parks, make sure you leave a day free for enjoying the hotel!

Room Tip: Pool View faces the Magic Kingdom and you can see the fireworks at night!

So great to know that we are your favorite hotel in Orlando. With all the activities available and an amazing pool and water slide, we appreciate you letting the readers know what a great place this is. Thank you for the five point rating and reminding guests to make sure they save a day or two from theme parking to enjoy all we have to offer.

We chose the Grand Cypress for a long weekend in May because of its beautiful pool, which was very appealing to three teens in our group. The pool did not disappoint; it is as fabulous in real life as it is in the photos!
We were surprised by how fun and accessible the waterfront activities were - the dock is maybe twenty yards from the edge of the pool - which turned out to be another great option for the teens who did not require supervision taking kayaks and aqua cycles out on the lake. The kids asked if on our next trip to Grand Cypress we could spend an extra day at the pool instead of going to the theme parks...
Another pleasant surprise was the hotel restaurant, Cascade. Great menu - lots of options and the ability to customize the menu options for anyone who eats a restricted diet, by choice or otherwise. Loved the menu, loved the food, loved our table and the view, loved our server.
On the other hand, I would not recommend lunch at the poolside cafe. We were underwhelmed, but it looked okay for drinks and kiddie food - hotdogs or chicken nuggets.
Overall we had a relaxing, satisfying, and memorable stay at the Grand Cypress. Can't wait to go back.

It is nice that you were able to relax by the pool and have your kids enjoy some of the water sports that we have to offer. Thank you for taking the time to review our property and offer a five point rating. Sorry you did not like the options at the pool bar service. We hope you will try again as the menu does change. We appreciate you noting you can't wait to come back.

Hotel, service, cleanliness were all very good. Friendly employees. There were not any options of restaurants - there were several, but only open at different times. The selection of food was limited. The quality was average. We were there for a business meeting and "stuck" for breakfast, but were able to get out and go 2 miles away to get fresh, quality food at a local restaurant.
