We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 8days. Check in was provided efficiently by the wonderful Anaiss. Our room on the 12th floor was clean, large, modern with a stunning view of the pool and The Disney area. The 5 lifts were speedy and prompt. The facilities are amazing. Everything is clean, bright and light. You really could happily spend all your time at the hotel and makes the resort fees seem reasonable. The gym is well equipped and cool. Staff are helpful and the shuttle was helpful as we had no car. Please note there is only 1 pick and drop off per day to Disney's Transportation and Ticketing centre and to Universal/seaworld. I think there was several pick up and drop offs for the Premium Oulet Mall (lLake Buena Vista) but it had to be booked in advance.

The location is within walking distance of many other eateries and Downtown Disney is about a 30-40 minute walk.

It was purely the poolside service that let down our stay. Staff appeared to be working but on each of the 3 occasions that we ordered food it took us 1 hour to order and receive food, and that was often after going to the pool bar to order from the extremely overworked Ryan (who was great). The Food and Beverage Manager did make overtures regarding the matter but obviously the issues need fully addressing as it sullied an otherwise excellent stay.

Room Tip: We picked a high floor to reduce any noise from the ground level and also to enjoy the pool views.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property. I am a seasoned traveler and have stayed in dumps and palaces. I do not expect more than I pay for and do not feel I am owed anything in life that I did not earn. This property has everything a person could need or want in one place. First, the fresh flowers on display in the lobby are truly beautiful and refreshing, the front desk staff are engaging and VERY informative and ensure all needs are met. I read of guests complain about the resort fee and parking fee. Hint, do your homework before you spend one dime on anything in life. if you get here and are surprised and unhappy about the fees, blame yourself. Not the employees. Also, the front desk staff did not invent the fees to ruin your trip, the fees are clearly stated on the property website. I felt the fees are very reasonable for what you get. The pool alone is truly over the top. Waterfalls, hidden grotto like areas, and the gym hidden inside the middle of the pool area is awesome. Name brand bicycles to use, not cheap bikes. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with EXCELLENT staff and numerous amenities to offer.

Room Tip: Overlooking the pool and lake!!!

Thank you for expressing your view and telling it like it is! We are glad you enjoyed our resort and that you felt we offer a good value for what you received. Noting our excellent staff is certainly appreciated. Even though we know it, what matters is your opinion and how we handle ourselves in the eyes of our customers. At the end of the day. the real question is whether our guests would recommend us to others. If the answer is yes, then we have done a great service to our guests. If not, we have unfinished business that needs to be addressed. Our goal is clear that we want a happy guest that will recommend our hotel to others. Again, we appreciate your five point review and look forward to your return.

I was at this hotel for a conference, and wish I had brought my family. There is something for everyone here. The hotel staff were all really helpful and went out of their way to answer my questions and help me during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. There was no tub, however, and this was a disappointment. Beds were firm and VERY comfortable! The breakfast buffet was excellent and they went out of their way to get me gluten-free bread!

This is without question a first class hotel. It was a delight to stay in such a well maintained hotel with beautiful grounds. Staying on the 15th floor we were spoilt with panoramic views over the hotel and nearby parks. Ideal location on the outskirts of the Disney parks and a short hop upto universal. As with other reviews you need to be prepared for the service charges that are mandatory. We were stung for an additional $600 bill for the two weeks we stayed. This was simply for services that we only used 3 times as like many others we were in Orlando to visit the parks and I simply feel cheated to pay for something i don't use. Parking is steep at $15 a day plus tax. If the service charge is mandatory then why not simply add it to the cost of the room. To leave this hotel under such a negative note is a real shame. They need to be sympathetic to those staying for long durations. Puts a doubt into your mind on whether to return or not.

My husband and I stayed for a few nights July. We both agreed it would be an amazing place to take our children in the future. The swimming pool is awesome which includes hourly games and entertainment for the kids. The food was very tasty even pool-side. Our room was enormous and a great view! Definitely worth hiring a paddle boat on the lake.. Very picturesque with an apparent chance to spot an alligator!

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us and are planning to come back with the children. Eating poolside or in our restaurants, the food we offer is high grade, whether it is chicken, beef, pork or just a salad. You can always be sure it is fresh and delicious. Our culinary team creates unique dishes that are appetizing and appealing. Our amazing 800,000 gallon free form swimming pool is available 24/7/365 so a late night swim just might be the best part of a fun filled day. Thank you for your five point review and we look forward to your return with the children !

Overall this was a very nice hotel we stayed for 2 nights, a great pool area lovely sun loungers and plenty of them. The actvities provided by the hotel ie bikes, climbing wall and boats were very good, the childrens activity in the pool which involved children diving in for tokens to use in the gaming room was poor. Main drawback was the price of the breakfast it is extortionate for a basic buffet, even though I only ate cereal and toast I was charged the full price even though I had informed the waiter that was all I was having.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable, we were a little nervous using the lifts as someone got stuck in one and the fire brigade needed to be called out!

Hotel is going through a renovation but it does not interfere with the stay. Rooms facing the garden have a fantastic view and a small balcony. Bed is very comfortable with nice bedding and shower is great if you can figure out how to turn it on. Parking is limited so valet can be useful but is quite expensive. On site coffee shop with "proudly brew Starbucks" so lattes are available for a price. Coffee shop turns into a small bar in late afternoon/evening. Stayed for a conference and the set up is convenient. Have eaten at all on site restaurants and food is delicious. No real "lounge" to speak of except for an area below that is usually only used for special events. Location is convenient to Downtown Disney area and other attrations.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that does not face the front so that you can have a nice view. Corner room had two vi...
