It was a really nice venue....the convention was a really nice turnout we went for a youth convention....it was a little confusing where to get dropped off because of the different entrances but it had a real nice set up...

Someone told us this convention center is the second largest in the world. I didn't verity that but it wouldn't surprise me. It goes on forever! We attended a convention all day for 5 days. It took us a little while to learn the layout but we adjusted soon. Whatever your needs, there's a room the perfect size. I will say this... the food... not so great. What was disappointing was that very few of the food venders were even open. But again, the food wasn't so great so I guess it was fine. If you have time, it's better to hop on the trolley right across the street and go a few blocks to better places to eat - Like Maggiano's Little Italy. That is an excellent place to eat! So was BB King's bbq (but that's another review I guess) = )

At the convention I ate a sandwich call a pork hoagie. It was most a bread hoagie. The bread was dry. The fountain drink was ok.

We attended a convention of about 30,000 people. This the second largest convention center in the country, and probably soon to be largest if they continue planned expansion. Get ready to walk your legs off, it is like walking through an airport, without shuttles or assistance. Rooms are HUGE and can be made bigger or smaller by closing moveable walls. The food court, as others have mentioned, is expensive and leaves a lot to be desired. If you can, bring your own food or leave the premises to eat. Depending on the convention, you may or may not have in/out privileges for parking. For ours, we did have all day in/out. Some don't. check with your conventioner ahead of time to find out. there are shuttles to various hotels. Check with your local hotel to see if they offer shuttle service to/from to avoid the parking fee. The Residence inn on Universal blvd. did provide this service. I believe we will be back here in two years so now we know what to expect.

A huge place to have multiple conventions...Good Landscaping outside clubbed with number hotels makes it an apt convention centre choice

What I liked was the grand entrance, huge halls, interconnected building , shuttles at regular intervals to various hotels & good internet speeds. The large horizonal walkways help you make for the lost work out time.

Things which need improvement include moderately priced restaurants with decent menu (not just fast food), travellators & courier services.

Overall a good HUGE Place to have conventions
