It was our first trip to Florida and the parks. Wanted a non-Disney hotel to be able to get away from it a bit, which this was.
Great service and excellent valet parking services, just pulled up and left the keys.
Our room was fantastic, absolutely enormous with virtually everything you'd need.

It was a real pleasure to be at this hotel. Excellent location, very close to all the Disney Parks. Fantastic hotel, with very attentive and helpful staff. Chris was exceptional at the front desk.
Oscar's for breakfast was just superb. Again very good staff and fantastic breakfast everyday.
Our accommodation was just great. We had two interconnecting rooms with a sitting room in the middle. So we ended up with lots of space for the whole family. Kids were very happy too.
We could borrow board games from the concierge and it kept kids occupied. Room service was very good value . Only drawback was that you had to pay for WI- Fi as it was not complementary.
We will highly recommend this hotel and we are planning to go back next year!!!

Just went with my husband and 2 small children. We had the greatest time. The hotel is perfection. The staff is lovely. I would never stay anywhere else. The location is perfect. It is close to Disney and has wonderful views of both Disney and a gorgeous golf course. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel was excellent, the pool was lovely and relaxing, the food was great, so was the service and it was considerably cheaper than Disney Land.
I would definitely go again and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for our family summer holiday, and was really impressed by the staff in the restaurant and front desk. We upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was really worthwhile as it gave us the extra space that we needed.
The outside of the hotel looks more like an office, but the interior is outstanding, and the rooms are very comfortable.
Breakfast was a treat, and the kids loved the fresh crepes and pancakes, The same guy looked after us every morning, and always remembered what we needed, and our preferences, this was a nice touch, and made us feel special.
Chris on the Front desk was great and nothing was to much trouble. The concierge recommended good restaurants, particularly a great barbecue joint, that did superb ribs.
The pool was quite small, although we didn't get to use it much as most of the day was spent at the parks.
if I was returning to Orlando, I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Definitely worth upgrading to the suites. It seems expensive, but breakfast is complimentary, which...

We stayed at the Waldorf a few years ago. While visiting Orlando recently, we went back to the Bull & Bear because we loved it so much the first time. We've been to every major steakhouse in the country, including many independents. The Capital Grille had always been our favorite, until we went to the Bull & Bear. The service is over the top. It is old world classic without being old fashioned. It's hip. The steak and the mashed potatos are better than any other steakhouse. We loved it so much, we are making a trip to the Bull & Bear in NYC!
