I dined at Fish Bones on two occasions this month (mid July 2005), and must say they both were very pleasant visits. I'm living in Norway, so I'm particularly pickey when it comes to fresh fish - so expectations were high. If you're looking for a cheap restaurant, look elsewhere. I think the food is good value for money, even if the wine list is a bit pricey (4 X liquor store prices....) but extensive.
All members of the staff were very helpful, professional and quick. I would especially like to mention our waiter DJ, who was one of the most professional and knowledgable waiters we had during our 18 days in Florida (and I've dined at 3* Michelin restaurants in Europe...). The food, both steak and fish (try the grilled grouper) tasted great, and the kids seemed to enjoy it as well. I do miss white tableclothes, but guess that's more NYC than Orlando.
