Took my nephew and his wife here for their 10th anniversary. They did have the duck which was very tasty. Cooked well with lots of flavor. We also tried the two fish dinner it came out hot and well seasoned. My husband steak was perfect. They have great salads. The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly. The waitress answered all our questions about the menu and our selections. We will be going here again.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. When you market yourself as a fish restaurant, you should realize that the fish should take center stage and the LAST thing you do is hide it under a pile of cheese and onions that's thicker than the slice of fish itself. "Cedar Plank Trout" is a great idea. "Cedar Plank Trout drowned in what essentially is a baked onion queso dip" is not such a good idea. To make matters worse, the same company owns 3 or 4 other high end restaurants in the area so you can't really avoid the same kind of service or poor food.

My husband and I love good seafood, so decided to try this restaurant. The servers were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful salads with nice dressing or even without dressing. Clam chowder was more cream soup with a hint of clam and clam flavor. I ordered the stuffed shrimp, the center of the crab base was good but not very flavorful, the outer ring of shrimp was overcooked and flavorless. My husband ordered the fried shrimp and his were so dull and blasé, with no flavor. Even with tartar sauce, he couldn't even eat them all and this never happens as he loves shrimp. The garlic, cheese rolls were okay. Do not go to this restaurant if you are looking for fast service, as it took quite awhile between courses. Maybe we've been exposed to so many different seafood restaurants all over the country that we just can't enjoy the bland type that this restaurant offers?

I should have ordered a steak. A big mistake was ordering the duck, precooked then deep fried to get crispy. It was dry, tough and way overcooked. The sweet sauce over the top of the duck was the best part. It was more like dry rocklike duck jerky. We also had the shrimp and scallop dinner. The shrimp were OK and the scallops were very good. The highlights of the meal were the salad and rolls. Do not get the $2.00 upgrade for the baked potato not worth it. The potato was almost as bad as the duck. Don't know if we will go back but if we do it won't be for the duck.
