This hotel has exceptional customer service. We were in the Zeta Asia restaurant and our lovely server suggested the sticky coconut rice with mangoes for desert but had to tell us they were sold out and to come back the next evening and she would make sure we got some. the next night our server was Josh who told us that they no longer serve this dish. Chef Greg came out and said if we would come back the next night he would make some specially for us. Which he did and served us a desert platter as well!! the sticky coconut rice with mangoes is a fantastic dish and should be put back on the menu and maybe considered as a different breakfast option. thank you for Chef Greg and Josh for their extra care and support

We wanted a quiet hideaway after spending hours in
Epcot - silent hallways, great tv, spotless bath, speedy elevator, instant desk service, valet immediate. Looking forward to a return trip - very soon.

My husband and I attend the Gartner Symposium every October and for the past 5 years we have chosen the Hilton Bonnet Creek for accommodations. What can I say? I love this hotel. Every year we stay for a week, he goes to the conference and I usually either work from the room or just hang around and relax. We have had many opportunities to interact with the staff and I feel really confident that you will have a great experience here. Here's how it breaks down:

The good:

* Nice location - we don't like being right in the middle of the conference, and this is only about 10 - 15 minutes away on the free shuttles. Also relatively close to the Parks.

* Rooms and facilities are very nice - it is a very pretty hotel and the rooms and common areas are clean, modern and welcoming

* Pool area is a nice split between areas for adults and things kids would want to do. It's essentially a lazy river set up with several larger areas where you can wade in/out. There are also several hot tubs which are usually not overrun with kids and there is a water slide which I did not try. Looks fun, though. I think kids would be at least moderately amused.

* The main bar - The main bar here is my favorite, to be honest. The food and drinks are awesome, the space is really nice. The best thing is that the people are very, very nice and the service has always been top notch. In particular, Jeff made me the best French 75 I've ever had - seriously. There were many others in the bar who worked very hard to make my stay nice but sadly I'm not great with names. I think there was a Lindsay, though? (Sorry, main bar peeps - I really did love you guys!!) Also, the burrata and greens salad with salmon (or shrimp) was to die for and the meat and cheese plate is hearty and fantastic. 10/10 I totally recommend this bar, both for food and drinks - and of course for service.

* Facilities/maintenance crew: Dang, these guys were fast. I'd have preferred I not need them, but I did (twice) and they were ON IT and both times the issue was resolved within minutes.

* The staff - literally every single person I've interacted with at this hotel (which has been a lot - I've essentially stayed there for five weeks over the years) has been friendly, helpful and kind. This is the kind of behavior I constantly tell my kids is important in life and I really mean it. I'm a reasonable human being, I don't get crazy with the requests (nor should you, lol, no one likes that) but I have to say the staff at this place have always been super nice to me.

The not good: (every place has it's issues, right?)

* Two issues with the toilet - it would not flush when we arrived and then a few days later water started shooting out of the back of the tank when it was flushed. Both times maintenance was there within minutes and the issue was quickly resolved.

* Tub didn't drain very quickly. I didn't call because it wasn't a major issue, but it was a minor inconvenience.

That's it folks. If you're looking for a good hotel in Orlando - this one is a VERY solid choice.

The property and the closeness to Disney where nice. I checked in at 9AM and was not able to get a room until I complained close to 2PM. I like the attached Waldorf Hotel more, but this one was ok. The buses to Disney where nice.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2019 with our children. Let me just say up front: we went because of the pool. We LOVED the pool. The lazy river is a lot of fun for all ages, and it's hard with young children to always find things that are fun for everyone. This pool is slightly heated and delightful for everyone.

Aside from that, the customer service here has been TERRIBLE. I have contacted them SIX TIMES now to try to resolve a billing issue, to no avail. So, be warned: if you book a package deal through Hilton, they will not honor their pricing (we booked the "Leisure Escapes" package, where basically you spend $20 extra during your booking to get $50 of resort credit... except, they refused to credit my folio for $50 after my stay). Really, really look over your folio before you leave - don't just allow them to check you out and email it to you, because once you step foot off of their property, they really don't care about getting you back on property again.

Room tip: higher rooms have been refreshed recently.
