This Hotel was AWESOME!...and it was better than staying at a Disney Resort! The staff were really nice and the location and the service was really excellent. It was my first time staying and the whole experience was excellent!

Everyone is very nice. The hotel is super clean. Location is okay - if you take uber/lyft or use the free hotel shuttle to disney parks you'll be set. Lazy river is super fun, pool bar serves decent drinks, and the pools are very nice. Room service is fast. Beds are medium firm.
Negatives: Currently October 2019 they are doing some refurbishing...and if you want to sleep late or nap - it's an issue around floors 3-5. It's loud!
The Ac is motion detected...so it goes off middle of the night and you sweat... not cool I say.
If you are without a car - you are kind of hostage on meals. They have an italian place which is good - but its a $75 per person meal. Their Harvest dining room has about 10 offerings...so if you don't want a salad or a burger or or mac and cheese - you'll be in trouble. They do have a 24 hour smallish convenience store which was handy for a sprite at 11 pm. Concierge and staff were very helpful -
We like it and we would consider staying here again.

We travel for the Columbus Weekend for a family trip and we love it! Very friendly staff everywhere, it was clean, and love the location of Bonnet Creek. Totally recommend the package that includes the breakfast is very family friendly.

Listen. I think I read every single review about this property prior to booking and was certainly nervous not having ever been...my fingers were crossed. Suffice to say, we loved everything about it. My two cents: given the many guests that stay here in one week - the elevators are fast as hell (two banks for the different floors - 8 elevators in total- 4 on each side)...the idea of waiting for one was never an issue or problem. Ever. The room service team/staff and their physical service was incredible - unbelievably so. They managed our expectations each time we ordered (and we ordered every day for lunch and dinner). They said it would be around 45mins-1hr yet the food always arrived early - within 30-40mins. Every single time. The lazy river (pool) and the smaller (separate) pool connected to their sexy slide is crazy, hella fun. My daughter must’ve slid down that slide at least 100 times - each day. She was happy to do just that everyday and, honestly, if she had her druthers - she woulda totally forgot about the theme parks and just remained in the pool. The food is really good by the pool as well as inside the hotel. The hotel is beyond clean, modern and bug free (no roaches or waterbugs even tho I know it’s Florida and it kinda comes with the territory!), the fridge in our room worked really well, the staff at the front desk is awesome; and again, the delivery staff/team is friendly and certainly about their business. The ability to utilize Uber is mad convenient and quick as hell. The shuttle buses were never on time (to and fro) but that was the least of our worries when Uber was always there within 5-7mins of requesting them. Overall, this experience was incredible. We are already planning for our next trip and staying anywhere else is not even an option. Thanks Hilton Honors! xo

AC would automatically go off at night. I booked 3 rooms. Two other guests from 2 different rooms told us the same happened to them. Wi-fi was horrible. Booked King room for our daughter, they gave her 2 doubles, she complained, their answer was "that's all we had".
