My family stayed here as we had some time to kill after a Disney cruise. I used my points for a "free" night. After paying 34.99 for early check in(noon) and late check out(1p) for a total of $75, $50 to extend check out until 3 and $29 for parking my "free" night turned into $155 of charges before taxes. The best part is they don't notify you of the early check in or late check out request being granted. It's kind of hard to take advantage of if you don't have any clue you have it until you receive the final bill. The Harvest Bistro had an excellent breakfast and great service but also cost over $50 after tip for one adult and one child. Be aware there is construction on the 10th floor and very noisy drilling that starts early in the morning. DO NOT stay on the 9th floor!! We called to complain and they gave us 2000 points. I would've rather had a quiet room. With an autistic son it made things extra challenging. All in all a beautiful property but you will pay for it. My 27 hour stay including free room value of about 250 ended up costing almost $500. Don't know if it's that great. I can't believe they charge that much and do not have the decency to advise you of construction. I think for the amount you pay you should at least get that. The highlight of the trip was the maintenance guy that came to fix the air conditioning that wasn't working. He was very friendly and quickly changed both the thermostat and air filter

Nice clean updated room. Staff was very friendly. Had a great time lounging by the pool. Had a DJ playing good tunes. Our bar server Ricky was really jumping and kept us supplied with food and drinks even though it was busy. Made for pleasen wekend

Nice modern Hilton with all the amenities you would expect, but high resort fee ($45/night) and parking charges ($30/day) took the shine off the experience. Perhaps US visitors are more accustomed to the concept of a resort fee, but the idea that we should be required to pay an additional $40/night for 'complimentary' shuttles to Disney and towels for the pool takes the pi**. Shame on you Hilton - blatant profiteering by hiding the real price...

Room tip: Higher floors, overlooking back

My girlfriend and I have stayed there a couple times and both times we had a fantastic experience. The second time which was a couple weeks ago, we stayed for a weekend by ourselves without the children. We had a wonderful time with great friendly service, exceptional dining and relaxation. I especially want to give special recognition to the front desk clerk that took extreme care of us and is the ultimate representation of customer service. Her name is Nada and the level of customer service that she provided was second to none. The way she took care of us and handled our stay, one might have thought she had been working there for a couple years when in fact she's only been there 3 months. Nada, keep up the good work you will go far in your journey. Thank you very much.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Springs and the lazy river. We wanted a relaxing final day of our vacation before we left for home from our cruise. I will definitely choose this hotel if I stay in Orlando again or travel to Disney World.
