To start our trip, we were told they didn't have any rooms left that we reserved. Interesting because we arrived early. I would have paid for the room up front if given thing option to ensure our room would be held. The pool and lazy river are fun. The slide was never open- again, interesting considering it was summer. The restaurant on the first floor had an excrement breakfast. Would highly recommend if you stay. Considering the price, there are many options to get the room you reserve.

We visited for our family holiday in May, at the start of the summer season. The hotel is fantastic, with loads going on.
The things that I want to mention are as follows:
The breakfasts are fantastic, loads of choice and plenty of it. It's especially value for money if u have kids with u, as they eat free. Wayne is like an unofficial tour guide who should get commission!! Very friendly.
The summer nights pool parties are absolutely amazing.... Movies under the stars is a big hit.
The gym looks good from the outside, but has very little good equipment in it and slot of missing items.
The pool is perfect, and the staff attentive. They do actually move towels if u reserve loungers, which is welcome when u abide by the rules when others do not.
The bar in the lobby is great, a lovely place to relax.
So here are a couple of negatives:
There is a tiny amount of storage for a family of 4. This should def be looked into by the hotel, it's just not adequate for 4 people staying 16 nights. It became very frustrating which could have been easily sorted with another set of draws in a very large room.
It gets mind blowingly busy.... Be prepared if there is a conference going on.
Overall, I would highly recommend, excellent hotel, for a high price, but def felt like I was on holiday.

We recently stayed at the Hilton as part of our Orlando / Disney holiday. The staff did a great job from start to finish, leaving us feeling valued and very much contributing to our relaxed trip.
Our room was lovely and aside from a torn curtain & very low shower head (be aware "accessible" rooms have a short head that will only go about 5ft high), it was very comfortable & relaxing.
The bed & pillows were great and the hotel was quiet, enabling us to stay well rested & relaxed after our busy Disney days.
The pool area is terrific, with the lazy river linking up 2 shallow swimming pools. There's also a slide for smaller kids and a good outdoor drinks / snack bar.
We ate in 2 of the hotel's restaurants: Harvest Bistro (good) & La Luca (very good) and used the lobby coffee shop daily and the lobby bar on a couple of evenings, too - both were very good, although eating & drinking in the hotel was a tad pricey.
We made use of the free hotel bus service to the Disney parks & Disney Springs, which runs to a good & regular schedule. The service to Springs is limited and it doesn't go to the water parks, so some taxis were still needed.
All told, we had a very good stay at the Hilton and would certainly return / recommend the property.

Room tip: Accessible rooms have very low showers, so be aware if choosing one

I stayed here for 2 nights while attending a conference. I asked for a high floor and was given the highest floor, 18, at a charge of $10 per night more. Worth it to me as I like to be up higher and have a better view. The room, 1815, had an amazing view of the fireworks over at Disney at night but as far as a Disney World view, you will need binoculars! Good view of the lazy river/pool area the bed was very comfy and so were the pillows. The work station was convenient as I did work several hours one night, however, the chair was broken and I could not adjust it up or down for my height.

Although there was a lot of families with kids here, the hotel was full with convention attendees and there were lines at all of the coffee shops and some of the restaurants. Check in was a breeze and the hotel handled our convention very well. It's a very big hotel and plan to do a lot of walking! Lunch was included daily and the only dinner I purchased was at Zeta, which I have already reviewed. The food was good, service great but I did get sick later that night. Again, I do not know for sure it was from Zeta or the sandwich from lunch- but both were from the hotel. I do have a sensitive stomach and others may not have the same reaction. I filed a report the next day, so the hotel would know.

Overall, very nice hotel and I would stay here again!
