This is our go to hotel in Florida. The first time my family stayed at Hilton Bonnet Creek it was only open for 2 months and we have stayed there 3 times since it opened. My 2 sons love everything about his hotel and the pool. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean. We will be staying therre again soon.

Room Tip: Choose a room that faces the pool and you can see the fireworks at night!

I've just returned from the best two weeks of my life at this hotel and wish I was back there already. From the moment we arrived we were greeted cheerfully by the Valet staff and then again at Reception.

We had requested a travel cot in our room which wasn't in the room when we arrived but we had a lovely lady who came up and prepared the travel cot for us. I think her name was Margaret, off the top of my head, but she was such a nice lady and spoke to us about our stay and where we were from. Made us all feel so welcome.

During our stay we came across such lovely staff at the hotel who are such a credit to the everyday running here, Misty who works by the pool / slide area made my Nephews trip. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention she paid to him each day really helped brighten up his day. So thank you for that! It's these personal things that make a stay memorable. Aldo in the Harvest Restaurant was so attentive to me and my family which we were grateful for. Jonathan who works on the Valet was always there asking if we needed anything and had a smile on his face which was lovely to see. He worked some LONGGGGG hours but always looked on top form which was great and he worked hard! Another person who I cannot miss off is Victor who works the egg station at breakfast. What a lovely and kind person. He treated you as if you were a friend of his. He was always there to make me smile first thing in the morning and when you went to breakfast he was the person who everyone was excited to see! He was such a hard working guy too! Was a pleasure to meet him!

One thing I will say is that on weekends the breakfast here was really busy and on one occasion we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The breakfast was so busy and the girls who run the host station were so organised and handled everything so well. I work in a busy hotel myself so I understand the stresses and strains of a busy service but the girls literally carried the whole breakfast service so well by being on the ball and organised and should be credited for it! Another hard worker who I didn't have much interaction with but was always busy working hard was Zach who worked in the breakfast area. He was always keeping busy and worked super hard every day we saw him.

Breakfast had such a variety of food available and was always topped up! No station was ever empty!

The beds at this hotel are the comfiest I have ever slept in so if anyone knows what mattress company you use please let me know! The rooms are cleaned to such a high standard and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Everywhere was clean to such a high standard at all times.

Thank you to all who helped make our stay amazing!

We will be back!!

Helen Moorey xxx

Room Tip: Request a pool facing room. The views are incredible!

My wife and I held our wedding at the Hilton Bonnet Creek last year. One of the nice gestures they did on top of executing a flawless wedding reception (Kudos to Andrea and Adilen) was invite us back for a complementary stay for our one year anniversary. We were excited to go back but knew we weren't going to be the center of attetion as we were the year before. We could not have been more wrong. From the moment we arrived during their cupcake reveal party, they rolled the red carpet out for us. There was quite a bit of activity going on around the lobby for this yearly cupcake event but Terra at the front desk treated us like everything else in the world was on hold until she had us checked in and set up for a great stay. Even though it was raining we decided to head to the pool bar and enjoy an adult beverage. Charlotte who was bartending was phenomenal!!!! There seemed to be some issues going on as we saw several people working on something in the kitchen and it was closed for food service for a few minutes. What could have been a bad situation with letting the guests know that they would have to wait on their food, Charlotte owned the situation with a smile and let us know that as soon as it was operational she would have the freshest food in Orlando available for us. Once we had a nice snack and beverages we headed back to our room. Andrea came through again as there was bottle of sparkling wine (I prefer sparkling wine to champaign which she remembered this small detail) waiting for us with a lovely note addressed properly to both my wife and I (our family gets this wrong) welcoming us back to celebrate our anniversary. We then headed down for an amazing dinner at La Luce. Dr. Joe set the evening up for success as we sat down with a nice Prosecco toast to start the evening off. He then created a perfect match for me for dinner as I couldn't decide between a pizza or the pasta with meatballs. He brought out his favorite pizza with a side of meatballs to enjoy as well. Not many people take the time to do the little things to please a guest and everywhere we went each small detail was executed like it was the norm. We then enjoyed a nice after dinner drink in the lobby lounge as they had live music there to entertain. To say we slept great in their beautiful room after a great day is an understatement. If you are looking for a place to slow down and enjoy the finer things in life this hotel is the perfect place....and you can see fireworks from a world class attraction which is always nice. We will continue to visit this amazing hotel for years to come as they know how to make each guest feel like the hotel is theirs.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time here with the exception of all the fees. The property is beautiful and if money were not a concern, I would like to stay here more when we go to Orlando. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The lazy river, pools, and slide was super fun. The self-parking which you had to pay for was extremely inconvenient, thus forcing you to use valet. At the pool, you had to buy your own raft to float on the lazy river; there was no option to even rent. All in all, we had a great time.

Room Tip: Disney side so you can see fireworks from your hotel room.

Hilton Bonnet Creek had an amazing scenery throughout the resort. The service from the staff was great but not exceptional. Had breakfast at the hotel and felt that it was overpriced ($24 per person) which did not have much variety and didn't taste all that great. Spent some time in the gym there, no complaints there. Staff at the bar was very friendly, but drinks were severely overpriced. Food at the Harvest Bistro was moderately priced and the quality was great. Overall you are paying more for the location of the resort rather than the perks and quality of the hotel.

Nice public areas, abundant public spaces, well-maintained, convenient. Rooms were up to date and average, but comfortable. Several problems occurred which leaves us unwilling to return. 1) Hour wait for room service to bring 1/4 champagne bucket of ice. When asked if we could have it filled, the gentleman began to say "the ice machine..." and he gestured down the hall, but then stopped himself and took the bucket back and filled it. 2) HiltonHonors member, using Hilton Amex...package included 2 bottles of water in room and $75/stay resort credit. After 2 calls and a visit to the front desk where I spoke with Alyssa, the manager, we still had no water. Decided on last morning to have breakfast at Oscar's to use the credit (bill came to $80 dollars for two breakfasts, very nice, but very pricey). Upon checking our bill after returning home, found that the $75 credit had not been applied. Spoke with Amex who said we needed to start with the hotel directly. The hotel stated that our credit could not be applied to "parking, resort fees, or food and beverage." When I inquired about how it could be used, I was told "anything like the spa." Being very frustrated, I returned a call to Amex where they said they would investigate. Also, it should be noted that we had 3 rooms booked during our weekend stay. #3) While exploring the pool area, our group decided to stay to relax and grab a bite to eat poolside. When we went to get towels for the lounge chairs, we were told that we must present our room key. We did not have it with us as my husband had the key cards in the room where he was resting. We had to walk through the large resort, travel to the 14th floor, walk the halls, and return to the pool in order to receive a towel. I was surprised that the attendant did not make an exception. Unfortunately, the $22 resort fee seemed relatively useless to us. 7 hours after checkin, the wifi service was down, with no connectivity. Alyssa did remove the resort fee for us, but this was only after I had to inquire about it twice. Also, my husband and I had to meet at the resort from different locations and each drove a car. For two nights, we were charged the nightly parking fee of $17/night and was told it was "per-car." We feel very disappointed. $68 dollars to self park our cars for the weekend. We were also told that the parking was managed by another company and that Hilton was unable to make any accommodation. While The Hilton Bonnet Creek has nice facilities, the service was not at all what we expected from one of our favorite brands...Hilton. It should also be noted that on TripAdvisor it says that we have stayed at Bonnet Creek and I reviewed it in 2012. I believe there was a mistake, as we have never stayed at Hilton Bonnet Creek, but did review The Hilton, Orlando.

My 3 1/2 yr old son and I stayed here on a recent trip to Orlando. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful - my don lost a favorite toy and they sent out a little search party. The shuttle service to/from the parks is dependable and comfy. When not at the park we spent our time at the pool and it was fabulous.

Traveling with young kids is not always easy - they get so excited and out of their routines; restaurants are always problematic. The Harvest Bistro at pool level was a great family option. When my son was up out of his seat (which he was unless I duct taped him in) no one batted an eye - there were kids everywhere doing the sane thing. I even mentioned something to our server and she was great, told me not to worry, he was fine as long as he wasn't running into the kitchen. No one gave me the stink eye, we are our good (but over priced) meal and we were on our way.

Great resort. Would stay here again
