“Great location, great staff - fully recommend”
Reviewed June 13, 2014 via mobile

We visited this hotel for two days during our honeymoon purely to go to the Magic Kingdom. We upgraded our room to a suite and added our second night as soon as we checked in. We were able to get access to our room at 1.30, i.e two and a half hours earlier than formal check in time. We checked in with Adamaris on the front desk who was outstanding. She was overly helpful and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Especially nice of her to arrange for champagne, chocolate strawberries and a message from Mickey and Minnie when we arrived back from a long day at the Magic Kingdom, congratulating us on our honeymoon celebration. She also waived all our resort fees for the two days we were there. Very clean property, good service, well equipped rooms and all round very good experience. Very friendly Disney transportation staff too. You don't need to worry about a thing if stay here

This is our 2nd stay at the HIlton Orlando Bonnet Creek, and have to say it was excellent yet again, Still love Muse for cakes, pastries and Coffee infact all food was excellent in Muse. Ate at Zeta the noodles and Terriaki Chicken were fab. Used the Peacock bar at the Waldorf this was excellent and the Sparking Mojito was wonderful ! Had breakfast everyday plent to choose from and lots of drinks should you require them, staff at breakfast were all fantastic !
Room was clean and tidy but I think they would benefit from new flooring tiles/wood flooring they were old and a little grubby, along with Glass shower screens a must more hygienic and easy to clean. House keeping were brill worked hard changed towels etc everyday thanks you.

Excellent offer with Virgin would use again and when I return to Florida it will be to stay at the Hilton again

Room Tip: Rooms over, looking pool best as you get to see the fireworks and lovely view

Excellent Hotel! I had read the ratings before I booked and was a bit concerned about "loud children." I couldn't imagine the level of loudness one could get upset with being at Disney. This, however, was not an issue at all. The hotel and its offerings were outstanding. We booked with a teacher discount rate (adjoining rooms), drove in afternoon, picked up tickets at the concierge desk, dropped off belongings in the room and took the complimentary bus service over to EPCOT. We spent the day traveling "around the world." We took the complimentary bus back and slipped on our bathing suits. We headed out to the pool and were pleasantly surprised by the little river float that is part of the HUGE pool system. We would float, enjoy a cocktail and float some more. After we were thoroughly soaked, we enjoyed the rest of the eve by the fireside. WOW! All this and a great night's sleep. I give this top-rating!!!!

Really enjoyed this beautifully decorated hotel! Stayed here mostly for the great pool and lazy river and of course it was highly recommended by a family member who we often travel with. Visited Universal which was about 20 min drive. This hotel is in downtown Disney and is connected to the Waldorf Astoria. Great place to travel with family. And also a great get away for us because it's still close home and easily drivable for us.
The room was clean and decorated well. The bathroom was clean and had a wooden bench which ran under the sink to place your stuff as mostly likely more than one person is using the bathroom. This was a nice touch. The lamps however were beautiful but were missing little decorative pieces on the bottoms I would think house keeping would notice these sort of things and request repair. The beds were comfortable.
When we went down to get rafts and tubes were were told they had to be purchased. Tubes were 6 dollars and the loungers were 16. They blew them up for us but then I realized I got the wrong lounger. I brought it up to the lady working who informed there are NO REFUNDS or trades. She seemed to be in a bad mood, maybe the heat was getting to her IDK! I thought was a little silly because the unused raft could easily be resold. Bringing outside rafts is permitted. Next time we will bring our own. Will be back!

Dear GinaAmaral,
Thank you for sharing your feedback in regards to your stay with us. I am pleased that you had a wonderful time, but experienced a challenge at the pool. I certainly apologize for this challenge experienced, as this is not indicative of our Hotel Service. Your feedback has been given to our Recreation Department for further follow up, and we have processed a credit to your account for the raft purchased. Please feel free to reach out to me personally at the Hotel if I may provide any further assistance with booking a future stay with us. We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Love the Hilton Bonnet Creek! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so helpful, the breakfast was yummy and the shuttle made it so easy to go to the various parks. The pool is lovely and a great way to wind down after visiting Walt Disney World.

There are a lot of things we found commendable about the Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort. Although the grounds are beautiful, the hotel well-kept, and the pools and encircling lazy river fun—the absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the valet staff, the bell services, the check-in staff, the concierge staff, housekeeping, and waiters and waitresses—all were attentive, courteous, polite, gracious, and above all, competent. During our visit, they are what made our stay extra special and easier for us to ignore some of the hotel’s faults. Mind you, these faults are not major, but worthy of mention for anyone considering a stay there.
First and foremost, they are dead serious about the hotel pool closing at 10 p.m. Like many other Hiltons, we thought that as long as we were quiet, that we would be allowed to stay in the pool. Since there are no balconies on any of the rooms and the first floor with rooms was the fourth, we didn’t expect any problems—we were wrong. Prior to 10 p.m. the staff made a point of telling everyone how many minutes they had left, especially since there isn’t a clock in sight anywhere near the pool. We were in the middle of the lazy river, not near our towels and possessions, and a manager-type was insisting we get out of the water. It was really quite unbelievable since the lazy river at the Hilton Orlando is either open much, much later or they at least allow one to be out there after hours. Additionally, the flotation devices one needs to ride the lazy river…well you’ll be buying one there onsite or bringing your own because they are not supplied. I found this rather disappointing since one is paying an additional $22.00 a day resort fee.
Now that resort fee also includes internet access, but when I got my bill, I found that I had been charged an additional $16.95 a day for internet access. When I complained at the front desk upon checkout, they readily corrected it, but how many people don’t complain and are charged more than they should?
Also, this hotel can be very busy and the lobby quite loud. They desperately need some type of queue for guests so that people can be waited on in the order they arrive. Right now it is a free for all and if one gets stuck in a line behind another guest requiring a great deal of time, you may find many other people arriving later getting waited on ahead of you.
The following are minor things, but they do require attention. The refrigerators in the rooms are in cabinets without any ventilation; therefore, there is no place for the heat to escape and they don’t cool very well unless one keeps the front door open and that is a definite trip hazard.
Second, the air conditioning thermostats have a motion sensor on them and from what I can tell, the compressor shuts off when there isn’t any movement in the room. At nighttime while one is sleeping, or when one is gone for the day, one’s room can start to get very warm and quite uncomfortable. I don’t expect this to be corrected, but it does help to explain this to guests so that when one enters the room and find it at 76 degrees and the air conditioning set at 72, one doesn’t think that the air conditioner is faulty and malfunctioning.
Also, when one does need extra bedding, don’t ask for a comforter. They are encased in some sort of washable plastic-type material and not only do they not “breathe”, they make crinkly noises all night long. At least that’s what my spouse told me.
And last but not least, please replace the shower heads. I usually love taking a shower in a large walk-in, but I detested doing so in ours. Many of the holes were plugged and/or not functioning and it was extremely hard to use.
Even with these few complaints, I would still return to this hotel. The staff was that great, the food that good, the rooms that nice, and the elevators the quietest and fastest I have ever rode on. One couldn’t even feel them moving and I would almost swear that they were transporters and not elevators. As a plus, one can also partake of the amenities at the next door Waldorf Astoria and the hotel staff will even drive your party there and back via a golf cart for meals at their restaurants as well. The shuttles to and from the parks are approximately once each hour, so it made it very easy and safe for our teenager to travel by himself and have fun. It was an extremely pleasurable experience and with a few changes, this could be a premiere Orlando destination hotel that others would have to strive to match.

visited hotel for 3 nights as part of special USA holiday. Party of 5 - two celebrating 50th birthdays, two about to celebrate 70th birthdays, and a 17 year old. Hotel very clean and friendly and only one of the three hotels to recognise our celebrations by giving us champagne, balloons, cupcakes etc. A wonderful surprise. I hope we will be able to stay there again and get a chance to enjoy more of the facilities the hotel has to offer. All in all an excellent place to stay, great location and well worth having room overlooking Disney and golf course - spectacular!
