We enjoyed our one night stay at the property. The staff was wonderful, rooms were generous, quiet and dark. we had an upper floor.
Breakfast was good. $22 per adult, kids eat free.
Pool are was okay. Slide is a bit weak. Lazy river is nice, but there is no real pool. Max depth is 3.5 ft. So I got complaints. Also you had to purchase your own tubes for the lazy river (common! let us check it out that's rediculous and petty).
Over all we had a pleasant experience.

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights sept 2013. Had a great stay and could not really find any faults with this hotel, the pool area and lazy river are fantastic ( bring your own inflatable rings to save some bucks ) we had a great room with pool view, really clean and well appointed.
Don't listen to the negative reviews about this hotel it is spotlessly clean and the service is top notch...

I was surprised by how nice the outdoor pool was. We ate at the restaurant & used the hotel bus to go to downtown Disney. The room was nice and clean. The price for the room was not bad, but the fees for parking, and resort fee.. too much..

I stayed at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in September while attending a conference. I found the service to be excellent (eye contact from the front desk at check in, friendly housekeepers, etc.). There are more than enough restaurants and bars to satisfy every need and desire. I asked for a late check out and received one, even though I am not a Hilton Honors member. If I had a gripe it would be that they did not have any king bed rooms available. Also, the place is enormous, and it was quite a hike from my guest room (which was about as far away from the elevator landing as you could get) and where my meeting rooms were. However, the meeting space appears to be shared between the Hilton and the Waldorf next door, so this was probably the best way to lay out the meeting space. Lastly, this may not be the place for you if you like a small, intimate setting.

Room Tip: The view over the pools out toward the golf course are very nice.

Love this hotel. Rooms, staff, everything was first rate. Pillows were amazing. Food in restaurant was wonderful. Loved the lazy river pool and the big green towels! What's not to love in Orlando though! Shuttle service was a great convenience too.

My family spent one week at this hotel in August in order to visit the parks. My 3 children, ages 13,11 and 7 all loved this hotel as there was something for all of them. They particularly enjoyed the lazy river, the game room, movies by the pool at night and the 5 cheese macaroni and cheese dinner from Harvest Bistro. They were not ready to leave. They really wanted to roast the smores by the pool but the price was ridiculous, so that was one treat they had to forego. I took some tubes and bought two bigger ones, but it would have been better if we could have rented them. We left all of the tubes in the room when we left and I suspect that other guests do the same. The hotel could use more waiters to service pool guests. There were none available when I was out there.

For my part, check-in was fast and the staff through-out our stay were friendly. Housekeeping did a great job and it was wonderful to come back every day to a spotless room. The elevators in the place are super fast and there are lots of them so no waiting around. We had the Disney view room on the 11th floor. We could see the fireworks at Epcot to the far right, but the angle was difficult. If there had been a balcony then the view of the fireworks would have been better. Since we saw the fireworks at the parks, this was not a big deal but I don’t think it was worth it to pay the extra for the Disney view. Maybe other rooms have better views.

Our room had a view of the pool, golf course and you could see Disney’s Caribbean Beach Hotel and the Swan Hotel off in the distance. That is the Disney view that you get and not the Magic Kingdom. The beds were super comfy. We had no noise issues while in the rooms even though the hotel looked pretty full. On a few afternoons/evenings the pool was crowded with families, but the popularity of the kids movies may have contributed to this.

The food at the Harvest Bistro was pretty good but the menu needs to be expanded or varied. When you are there for 1 week it’s too limited. Some nights a buffet is offered but then the menu becomes even smaller. The breakfast at Bistro was good but they had some organisational issues. When we got there one morning the buffet was pretty empty and they took too long to refill the items. There was one omelette maker and he took orders from guests and waiters so the wait was sometimes long. Muse and Bistro were good for quick snacks in the morning before the Parks. We did not try the other restaurants.

We purchased all our tickets for the parks with the Concierge which was easy and fast. We got an extra day free at the Disney Parks because of the Hilton Honors status. We did not use the shuttle because we had a rental. Hertz has a desk in the lobby so pick up and drop off for our rental was super easy. The parking fee was a bit high but we knew what it would be before we got there. Downtown Disney is very close by and there are loads of restaurants there as well as the AMC movie theatres. The location of this hotel to the parks was excellent. Typhoon Lagoon is right across the road from Downtown Disney so we took advantage of that.

There were only two things I really did not like. The first was the noise level at the Bar in the lobby some nights. Since I did not spend a lot of time down there it was not that big a deal, but sometimes it got really loud. The other was the way the extra charges read on the bill. It’s a real pain. Hilton should just quote a price which covers the Resort fee etc. and do away with long bills. Still this hotel was far cheaper than any of the moderate or deluxe Disney hotels and so we were able to take two rooms. We would stay here again. Having visited Disney before, staying on site was not a must and I’ glad we tried the Hilton. I would stay here again.

This hotel was a great surprise, as I frequent the Orlando area for business meetings throughout the year. Although it was very near Disney, the hotel had very few children and was not overcrowded, as are many of the other Disney hotels. The feel of the hotel was upscale and the staff was accommodating and friendly. There were no long waits at valet or at check in, which was a nice change from many of the surrounding hotels. Although I did not have a chance to enjoy it, the pool area looked very nice, and had its own lazy river. The pool area never looked over crowded and it seemed like there was plenty of seating. We dined at La Luce in the hotel. It was for our 1 year anniversary and our waitress brought us 2 complimentary glasses of champagne to toast. The food and service was wonderful, but the food was pricey. Overall great experience. I will return for this meeting next year at this hotel.
