First of all, we didn't stay here, but had privileges here because we were at the Waldorf-Astoria next door. We really wished we had stayed at the Hilton. The W-A was nice, but the extra money spent on not excellent service wasn't worth it. We had several family members from Grammi down to the youngest at age 14 months. We traveled by shuttle which is great! We staked out our lounge chairs, bought our tubes and off we went. We really enjoyed the Lazy River. I am not much of a swimmer at all, so the nice water depth was great. I loved sharing the experience with my grandchildren. I wish we had taken two days to enjoy this facility instead of just one day. They had a great slide that my 6 year old granddaughter loved! It was so much fun and great for all ages.

My husband I stayed at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek for a week in late March. We got a really good deal considering it was spring break! The pool is amazing, but you have to get there early during busy seasons. We were down by the pool at 8am and by 10am most seats were taken. The pool is heated, which was a plus during the chilly mornings in March. The location is perfect for Disney vacationers. The staff was really helpful and attentive and by the end of the week some even knew us by name! This is going to be our go to hotel for any future Orlando trips.

We stayed at Hilton Bonnet Creek for the second time (1st in 2011) and we returned because we enjoyed our last stay.
When checking in we got for both persons each a voucher for breakfast for the two nights we stayed there. This was a nice surprise! OK at the end you'll find similar additional fees on your bill for some kind of services, but still it was nice to have breakfast without booking it.
The receiption crew was friendly, supportive and always with a smile.
We had a room on 4th floor with view on the pool and gold area - much nicer than overlooking the road or to see other hotels. The room was spacious and clean. For people going to the themeparks an advantage is that you can leave your car in the parking and take a hotel shuttle - we did not use, but we saw others taking advantage of it. We will most likely return to this hotel next time we stay in Orlando.

Room Tip: Pool/Golf view

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early June (little late writing my review). I booked this hotel through air Canada vacations, and got a really good price. By booking through air Canada vacations, I didn't have to pay the resort fee upon checkout, as apparently it is included. We ended up paying half of what it normally is to stay here through that website. As said in other reviews, it is 16$ to self park. We did not valet because the parking garage is all covered, and very accessible. Frankly, we didn't see the value or need for us to pay extra for that service (personal choice). The rooms were very clean, new, and spacious, as was the bathroom. You have to pay for the tubes for the pool, so we bought one large noodle and shared each side. It was fine for us. The pool shut down a fair number of times while we were there, but it was due to lightening in the area. Food at the hotel is expensive, and if you do not have a rental car, the restaurants in the hotel are your only option. There is however, a small café near the lobby which we loved. It has ice cream, chips, treats, coffee, etc. It is also well priced. The shuttle bus to Disney was one of the main reasons we stayed here. It was PERFECT. I read reviews before we left and was worried it was going to be easier to go park at Disney ourselves, but the shuttle was fine. We took one of the first buses, and got off at the first stop to the Magic Kingdom. We arrived at the park just as the gates opened. The shuttle took longer to get back to the hotel because you have to go to some of the other parks along the way. However, we were so tired that we didn't care, the bus is comfy and we just relaxed. The pool was great, lots of chairs. However, the deck got so hot while we were there, that you couldn't stand in one spot for more than a couple of seconds. Not a big deal, your not really standing around anyway! We loved staying here, and plan on staying here again for a longer period of time next year!

We are Disney Annual Pass holders and frequent the Magic Kingdom throughout the year. On our last visit we opted to stay here and we were not disappointed. The staff was attentive, the concierge was able to secure reservations at an EPCOT restaurant on short notice during the weekend, and we basked in the pool to cool off and relax after playing at the theme parks.

Overall, the price of the rooms exceeds that of other hotels in the area, but the proximity to the Disney Parks is hard to beat. We have stayed at the Disney on site resorts and while those were exceptionally convenient to the parks and worth the cost, we found this Hilton Hotel a reasonably priced alternate.

As with anything, you have to manage your expectations before you arrive. If you stay during Memorial Day weekend like we did, you should expect the pool to be full by lunch time with the typical squatters trying to hog all of the lounge chairs even though they are not actually sitting in them. There are some groups who were down right rude in regards to carving out territory, but this is a function of personal behavior, not Hilton's hospitality. Since we are early risers, we had not problem with service, access, or getting to the theme parks ahead of the afternoon crowds. The hotel's restaurants offer a variety of well prepared entrees and are priced at typical hotel price points.

We will definitely return to this hotel and we look forward to staying during off-peak seasons.

Room Tip: We would definitely recommend a room with view of the pool.

Beautiful hotel. Good food options. Great golf course. Decent gym. But in the summer the hotel is 100% geared to families. The pool area with zero entry pool, lazy river and tropical setting is beautiful. But on the weekend it was impossible to find chairs and the pools were packed with families. Music was loud as was the person on the loudspeaker leading the games for the kids.
Not a summer getaway for couples. Loud, mall-like atmosphere.
Go when the kids are in school.

Room Tip: Get a high floor for nicest view. Rooms can be very far from the elevators. And a bit on the small s...

I am a Hilton Honors member and I stayed at the Hilton Orlando Convention Center over Spring break. Though the atmosphere was a little geared towards business travelers, the pool and lazy river were great! Service and hospitality at high Hilton standards. When my family was returning to Orlando for our Summer vacation, we decided after our 4 night cruise we would stay at the Hilton on Disney property for the last three days of our vacation. The room was nice but the pool was very disappointing!! Lazy river circles through all the pools, instead of on its own circle, then there are NO TUBES! We were told you have a choice to purchase a tube from the accessories hut at $6 a tube for the cheapest ones up to $21 for the best. With a family of five that was a very unexpected expense! We also have no way to transport the tubes back to home as we were flying and didn't have room in luggage for tubes.

Why would providing the convenience of tubes for your customers be a burden placed on your guests? Hilton dropped the ball on this location!

We really appreciate that you chose to stay with us for your family trip and value your loyalty as a rewards member. I regret that cost was a concern for the pool floats. We are always reevaluating our amenity offerings to ensure we're providing the best guest experience. Your comments will certainly help us improve our service levels and accommodations. We hope that you'll give us another opportunity to serve you and your family the next time you're in Orlando.
