“A very good option”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

Everything in our stay was excellent. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very nice and has all the amenities you need. The resort fee is totally worth it (gives you internet access and "kids eat free", something very convenient).
Hotel personnel were always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile, so I would return in a blink of an eye.

Stayed at this hotel for a second time to visit theme parks etc. and it is still as good as the last visit. Only problem we had was with our breakfast vouchers but this was sorted out by the restaurant manager without any hassle for us. The breakfast buffet is excellent and all the staff are very helpful and friendly, some even remembered us from our last visit. We had a Disney view room and could see all the parks except Magic Kingdom, if you know where to look, but it also overlooked the pool area and golf course. We walked the jogging track on a few mornings which was a very pleasant walk and very quiet. We found the hotel very convenient for all the parks and downtown Disney and easy access to the I4 if you want to travel further afield. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the Orlando area.

We enjoyed our stay here very much, we only wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel amenities. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the lazy river was fun, but beware if you have small children swimming in that section as the current is likely to catch them and pull down the river. There is a separate area of the pool which is perfect for smaller children. My 4 year old son also enjoyed the large slide very much (you must be 40" to ride).

There is a cafe that serves coffee, ice-cream, and light fare in the lobby, a full restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. 2 kids under 12 eat free with each adult breakfast which is great. There is also an italian restaurant which looked great although we didn't get a chance to try.

The hotel is very close to all of the parks and the hotel does provide shuttles which run on the half hour. Parking is pricey from $16-$24 but at least it is per day and you can come in and out. There is also a per night resort fee.

We are coming back very soon and although we did love this hotel, we are going to try out the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites on International Drive so we can have a full kitchen, but all in all I would highly recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers and families that don't require a kitchen.

Room Tip: Children enjoyed the great view from the 18th floor.

This is a very nice, clean and large hotel located minutes from Walt Disney World. You can purchase Disney entrance passes directly in the hotel lobby - which is convenient. This hotel has all the amenities you will need - restaurant, bar, shopping, wireless internet, in-room safe, comfy bed, etc. There is also a beautiful outdoor pool area for both adults and children. It's a huge outdoor area and can accommodate many guests. My hotel room was a very far walk from the elevator and was apparently a room with a view of Disney. I couldn't really see anything Disney related but there was an ok view of the pool and golf area. If the long walk will be an issue for you, you should book a room closer to the elevators. The toiletries are Peter Thomas Ross products - very nice:) There's a shuttle service available (which I didn't use as it's only a short cab ride to Disney). It's about a 7 min. cab ride to Downtown Disney; 20 min. cab ride to Universal Studios and a 30 min. cab ride to the Orlando International Airport. Overall, this was a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Book a room somewhat close to the elevators. All elevators are located in one area. Therefore, if...

I stayed at this hotel for a business conference and was very comfortable during my stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and really appreciated how the maid service always replenished the bathroom with plenty of towels. Some hotels will never put as many clean towels in the bathroom as the first night you stay. But this was not the case. Well done! My husband and I ate sushi at Zeta Bar one night and really enjoyed our food. They also had very unique drinks. Had a great dinner. This hotel is also very close to all of the Disney attractions. Definitely a great place to stay for families.

we enjoyed 2 nights here while visiting disney and malls

we liked..
location, disney shuttel (2x per hour), pool area, breakfast buffet and staff there

we didn't like..
16usd self parking daily fee, service at front desk/ticketing (uninspired welcome & long waiting for tickets), dirty sheets in the room, waiting for the breakfast

overall we had ok stay but all the additional charges felt a bit too much for such a hotel.

This was our second stay at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and a testment to how much we love it... we decided to come here to celebrate my husband's birthday! Our first night was spent at the adjacent Waldorf Astoria (see separate review) and weren't sure how the transition from property to propert would go. After breakfast at the Waldorf, we walked over to the Hilton to see if they could possibly give us an early check-in... and they gave us the keys to our room right then! At 10:30am!!! How awesome. We booked a standard room which was nice, but literally as far from the elevator as humanly possible. For us it wasn't such a big deal since we could use the distance to walk off dinner every day, but make sure you are aware and ask for a closer room if need be.

The best part about the Hilton are the amenities. The lazy river and pool area is one of our favorite. Anywhere. Period. Its heated, and luckily for us, much less crowded this time around. We also enjoyed dinner at La Luce (excellent) and sushi at Zeta Bar. Dear management.... you need to advertise how awesome Zeta Bar is!!! First of all, the hours are irregular and you need to contact the concierge to see when they are open, and when we did, it was a mystery that needed several phone calls to figure out when we could actually go there. This is not good for business. Zeta Bar is very cool inside, but the real gem is the sushi made by Daniel and his partner. It was so delicious and inventive and reasonably priced... why aren't you shouting from the rooftops how awesome this place is???

We had lunch at the pool bar on our last day, and that was very good as well. We had breakfast daiy at Harvest Bistro, which has a great selection of hot and cold offerings (although this time the smoked salmon was absent and that made me a little sad). Our best server throughout the week was Jeffrey... after one day we recognized us and new our drink orders by heart. Kudos to Jeffrey!

This time we finally used the free Disney shuttle to go to Downtown Disney one night for dinner. The shuttle was prompt, not crowded, and efficient. With a free shuttle to all the Disney properties, I'm not sure why you would stay anywhere else!

Our flight didn't leave until 7pm on our day of departure, and they were able to extend our check-out to 1:30pm which was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and will definitely return in the future.
