The best for your Money compared to Disney Themed Resorts!
Excellent guest service (reception and concierge), comfortable quiet rooms with Disney view, amazing "river" climated pool, great breakfast. That was my third time in one Year.
They really do their best for your full confort!

My husband and I stayed one night at this lovely hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and you can even obtain transportation to hotel next door for dinner, spa services, etc.
We had breakfast the next morning before check-out. The food was good but unfortunately, there were several tables of misbehaving children(running around tables, screaming and throwing food on floor). Couldn't wait to leave dining room but of course, this was not fault of hotel; just bad parenting!!
We will return to play golf on beautiful looking course next visit.

We stayed here for the second time at Christmas. Staff were lovely. Despite checking various booking options directly with the hotel well in advance we asked to pay additional resort charge to use Gym and facilities. This was payable even for days when when we wold be in parks etc. Hotel seems very focussed on additional charges. On Christmas day we were asked for $125 to use the bicycles for a short cycle around the resort. Breakfast was crazy busy, with long waits to get a table. ( not a 5 star experience)

I stayed here for a weekend visit to Orlando. The hotel is relatively new and has a nice modern, open feel. The lobby bar is visible right when you walk in with plenty of seating at the bar and in couches and chairs surrounding the bar space; martini choices were limited. There also is a sushi bar (Zeta) with cocktails off the main lobby, very chic. The guest room and bathroom were spacious; our king room overlooked the pool area and golf course. This hotel has very long hallways, so don't forget anything or it could be a long walk back to your room. The pool area is large, the ambiance with the tall palms and landscaping is serene, and there is plenty of seating segregated into sections, so it's easy to find a quite space to relax. There is a lazy river that circles the main pool area. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour before we saw a server poolside - we gave up and walked to the pool grille to place our order. The manager was extremely apologetic for the slow service and offered us free drinks and a discount on our food order. There is a very nice coffee shop in the lobby that serves specialty coffess and al a carte breakfast and lunch items. The cafe on the lower level has an excellent hot and cold buffet with a great omelette station (our server claimed they have the best omelettes in Orlando - I have to admit mine was very, very good). One plus for Disney visitors - there is a Disney store on property, so we were able to purchase our tickets to Epcot at the hotel and then take the shuttle to the park (which ran all day from park opening to close). The Hilton connects to the Waldorf and I would have liked to walk over and see that property, but we ran out of time.

Room Tip: As for a room on the back side of the hotel that overlooks the pool and golf course.

Positives - gorgeous park like setting and gorgeous pool area. The Italian restaurant on site is terrific. Pool bar/restaurant food excellent and imaginative. Service at restaurants excellent. Valet service excellent. Check in excellent. Room was spacious, up to date, comfortable. Drawbacks - halls and lobby area were dirty. Our stay was immediately after New Years so they may have been recovering from peak business/sold out weeks.
