The hotel is a great hotel, great service, food (over priced)...]
first thing is make sure if you get the disney view room you ask : to be on the highest floor possible , so your view isn't trees, other wise they will give you a crappy view of the trees, And when you get the disney view, All you can see is slightly the Epcot ball and disney hollywood studios. the only fireworks you see is the Epcot ones, if your room is looking right at Epcot.

the only things i wasn't impressed by is the water in the shower does not get hot at all, And there shower head (they need a new one, half of the holes are messed up so only some water comes out) ... They offered us baby shampoo's ect and when we waited on them, they said they were all out, They should of never offered something that they don't have, It made us pretty upset, Also be careful the food is very very overpriced and i'm not a big fan that there connecting rooms ... but everything else was great.

Room Tip: "ask for highest room for disney view"

We stayed here for 5 nights over the Columbus weekend. We were on the 12th floor with a Disney view room., actually not a bad walk to the elevators but not too close. We had a Disney view but could not see the fireworks from our room. This is not guaranteed with a Disney view as it will depend on what part of the building you are in. We did overlook disney and it was amazing (just couldn;t see the fireworks). We overlooked the beautiful pool area and ponds and golf courses and it is well worth it for the view. Our little one watched the pool like a hawk to see what was going on!
The rooms are very good sized but not huge, as is the bathroom not huge, but everything is brand new and completely spotless. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and I stay in a lot of hotels. Amazing job by housekeeping and we hardly saw them.

The pool area is the main attraction. It is so great. The lazy river is warm and keeps the kids occupied all day. My husband and I would take turns floating with our son and this was well deserved after a long day at the parks (we just stayed at the pool our last day, as everyone was tired and this is what our son wanted to do the most!) At the waterslide (which is fun for kids and adults), there are two staff members supervising, so we were able to let our son go down the slide without worrying about watching him. This pool is spectacular and should not be missed.
The resort is beautiful and we walked over to the WA but didn't spend time over there. It looks very upscale.

The dining is a mixture. Harvest Bistro for breakfast was pretty good. La Luce was absolutely fabulous. One of the best Italian meals I have had. Fantastic! Muse is a coffeeshop (think Starbucks) and was great for breakfast. They have bagels, muffins, pastry and donuts (plus icecream and dessert) We would grab a bagel before heading to the parks as to not waste time. Big plus!

Took the shuttle once to the parks and it worked great. We travelled with family that had a car so we only used the shuttle once. I would recommend a car for at least some of the days of a trip. Just to run to the store and buy water and snacks and a change in the dinner availability.

This is a great place and we will be back next year! One other tip: I booked the room 4 months in advance and then checked back online with Hilton and the price dropped twice. I called Hilton each time and they lowered our rate each time. This saved us over $300 ($50/night) on the rate and really made a huge difference. I will try this everytime now.

Room Tip: Disney/Pool view is well worth it!

Just stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for a conference and all in all had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a window that looked out in the direction of the Disney parks. I even saw fireworks one of the nights I was there. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was expansive, as it connects with a conference center and the Waldorf hotel next door.

The fitness room was pretty big and clean, so I was able to get in a few workouts during my stay. The pool looked like a lot of fun, but sadly I didn't make it outside too much.

Would recommend this hotel for business travelers and anyone who wants to be close to the Disney parks.

This resort is excellent! We went to Downtown Disney for dinner and upon returning this resort was 5 minutes away but seemed like it was light years away - no hustle, serene atmosphere with exceptional pool and views of Disney in the distance. Won't stay anywhere else at Disney ever again. Free frequent shuttles to all Disney locations along with a self park covered parking garage. Can't say enough about how wonderful this Disney vacation was because of this resort.

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 children who stayed at the hotel for 9 nights while visiting Orlando. We had a dual purpose for the visit, these being to visit the theme parks and some sun and relaxation by the pool.

The Hotel.
We found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable with the staff being as helpful and friendly as in any hotel we have stayed at. It could become a bit manic at the weekend with the convention centre but it was of very little inconvenience to us.

The free Internet access was very useful in the reception area with the printer. We were able to check in on line before we set off for the airport and printed our boarding passes. I was also able to check the UK football results and reports.

The quality of food and drink was good but as in all Hilton Hotels, a bit on the expensive side. It is easy enough to have a take away brought in to the hotel if you want to eat cheaply and not go out. The hotel staff has menus from different food outlets that they will give you to choose from. A plus side of eating in the hotel when you have young children is that they have kids eat free. This is good value if you have a young family with you

Parking is in a multi storey car park costing 13$ per day self park and 20$ per day valet park. We used the self-park and only had problems at the weekend with the number of cars for the conventions. The car park is about 500 yards from the hotel entrance

Hotel Location.
We thought that the location was ideal. Downtown Disney and most of the theme parks are only a short drive away with a free shuttle bus for Downtown Disney and some of the theme parks. The pick up point was near the Hilton multi story car park, it then picks up at the nearby Waldorf Hotel.

Swimming Pool and Pool Bar
The swimming pool was of the best we have used and is very child friendly with easy access for even the youngest child. We thought the pool bar was good with a good standard of food. The only, and major complaint we had about the hotel, and it is not just the Hilton, is that I would ask all hotel managers, WHY O WHY in this day and age of personal listening equipment such as i pods are we expected to put up with music that we don’t like, being played around the swimming pool when all we want to do is relax and read a book or magazine. The volume was just bearable in the week but at the weekend there was a DJ playing, what was to me awful music at such a volume that I managed until 3 pm on the Sunday, I then had to go to the room with a headache. You may say why not go to a quieter area around the pool but all week the piped music is from speakers positioned all around the pool. At the weekend, even though it is a large pool, the DJ positioned himself in the middle of the pool area so no escape from the noise was possible.

Summary.
Very good comfortable hotel, well positioned with good staff, good swimming pool but please cut down the music volume.
Would we stay here again? Most definitely.

Room Tip: The standard rooms face over reception looking towards Downtown Disney. The rooms at the back are po...

I love this hotel. It is only 2 years old, and absolutely beautiful! The rooms are modern and fresh, the lobby is elegant and bold, and the whole place looks awesome. If you book a room with a Disney view, you can watch the fireworks at night from your room. This hotel is unique in that it connects to the Waldorf Astoria Orlando via a huge interior hallway where all the shared conference space is. The Italian restaurant at the Hilton, La Luce, is great. Yes, I really did just say that the Italian restaurant Hilton in Orlando is great! Even though I travel to NY and NJ alot, where you will find the BEST Italian food in the country, I was pleasantly shocked by how good the food at La Luce is. Especially the pizza! The service is excellent as well. There is also a small coffee shop near the lobby and a Harvest Bistro below the lobby next to the gym. Service at the Bistro is hit or miss, and the food is good at breakfast and okay for lunch and dinner. The pool area is nice, and the pool is huge and has a lazy river. I would highly recommend this place!

Room Tip: This hotel is only 2 years old, so all the rooms are nice and new!

We stayed here for one night to hang out and go to Wet and Wild. We hung out at the pool for a few hours and the service was excellent! The bar manager with the blonde hair and the bartender (I can't remember his name...) were both beyond friendly and helpful.

The lobby area was ultra chic and amazing. Great mojitos too!

The hotel is very close to everything you could need and I don't think I'd stay anywhere else but this hotel from now on. Thanks everyone!
