Overall this Hilton is ok at best. I have stayed as various different hotels and this was just ok. The staff were not too friendly (except at harvest bistro) just think they are too young and or too new. Would def not return here as I think there are far better options in the area.

We stayed at the Hilton for a week over Easter 2011. The reception area is large and bright and the overall feel of the hotel reminded me of a Vegas style accommodation - perhaps it's because of the large conference wing attached to the hotel. Our room was nice, with a lovely view over the pool and golf course. Maid service wasn't as good as I've experienced in other 4/5 star hotels - whilst the room was left clean, I got the impression they just 'tickled' round and there were no nice touches like the folding of night wear or tidying of shoes that you usually get. We ate breakfast in the buffet restaurant some days and it was lovely - huge choice and lots of it! It did come to about $60 per day for 2 of us though, so can soon add up if you go everyday. An alternative is the coffee bar just off reception where you can buy very tasty pastries and coffee for about $15 for 2 people. The pool area is gorgeous with a nice lazy river. Inflatables for the lazy river are $5 per day. Pool staff are on hand to serve drinks and snacks from the poolside bar area. Each evening at 8 they show a 'dive in' movie - usually a Disney and it's a lovely touch. You definitely need a car if you stay here and valet parking is $20 per day or self park $13. Bring your own water etc for poolside as hotel prices were high $4 for small bottle of water. We didn't like Orlando itself, and were so pleased we chose this hotel as it really did feel like an oasis. I'd definitely stay there again if we returned. Should also mention shuttle buses to Disney - very frequent and run from early morning until late.

The Hilton Bonnet Creek Orlando is absolutely beautiful. We almost didn't want to leave the property! The pool/leisure area outside is phenomenal, and the entire property was immaculate. The hotel looks brand new, and the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable with awesome down comforters, and the bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The lost and found staff shipped a dress that I left in the closet and they sent it overnight via FedEx and paid for it themselves. I was so appreciative/thankful. Our stay was excellent, and we will certainly be staying at this hotel, and other hilton properties during our future travels.

I stayed here a week in April with family, expecting to relax and rejuvinate. I've stayed at a lot of places and have pretty good experience to compare to for a 300-400 a night hotel. Oh my god - from the minute you walk in there you know you are 1 animal in their very large, day after day, cattle drive. The front desk has lots of people...but you can tell they are burnt out from problems. They think nothing of punting promises. If you call down with a request for help, they take it, hang up, then punt and run. You end up sitting there waiting for something only to find out the ball was dropped. Forget getting your packages delivered. Forget seeing your room service arrive right. If the place is full, many of the TVs can't work due to lack of bandwidth to handle the load. The food service - several restaurants with skimpy menus lacking fresh ingredients. No fruit plate for example. Seriously....doesnt one expect something healthy and well done in this type of place? After one day....you're thinking "and I have to do a week of this?" The pool is nice but not spectacular....and they close it down to rent out to parties. So you might not even get to use it in the evening after a long day at the parks. There is no "Disney" view in any room of the actual castle...only distant fireworks and a view that points toward Disney -- where you're looking at some sort of bowling pin type structures at one of the Disney annexes. Also the walls are thin....so again, if the place if full, you will hear all the party goers coming back to play late at night. Out in front of the hotel are a line of coaches to take you anywhere. Downtown Orlando for example...65.00. Take a regular cab back....40.00. I have stayed at "in Disney" resorts before and frankly, they are better deal. If you expect a superior operation, look elsewhere.

The Hilton Bonnet Creek is relatively new, both the Waldorf and Hitlon opened approximately 2 years ago so it still has that "new" feel to it. We stayed in a Disney View Room, with the Breakfast package be advised though the view is really of the Pop Century Resort, Disney's Hollywood Studios and if you stretch your neck enough and are in the right room you can JUST make out EPCOT. I think advertising Disney View is a little misleading, because while you are technically looking "at" Disney property - I doubt it's what most people would be expecting. My version of Disney view is like the Swan or Dolphin resorts. All that said, the lazy river pool is great for the kids. It has a zero depth section and then a river section that runs in a loop with a current that will carry you around in about 5 minutes or so. The breakfast package was worth it, we were with two young children and kids eat free for breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast is a pretty good buffet with just about anything you could want. Dining service was "OK", it seemed like the servers just take for granted you are getting the buffet so they don't put alot of effort into it. Bell Stand staff was just ok, not terribly attentive to your needs as a guest more on keeping traffic flowing in front of the entrance. No resort fee here but parking is $13/day but it is in an enclosed garage. As with most resorts, hotel pool drinks or food are a step away from highway robbery.

Room Tip: Disney View with Breakfast package - high floor
