“Can't wait to stay again!”
Reviewed March 1, 2013

I must start off by stating that I can’t remember the last time I’ve been so immensely impressed by a stay at a hotel.

My significant other and I came to Parc Soleil for a little Valentine’s Day getaway to Orlando. We had never stayed at a Hilton property before as we are usually Marriott people but I am certainly glad we switched it up this time around.

We walked into our one bed suite and the experience only went up from there. This hotel is the cleanest property we have ever stayed at, with the cleanest rooms by far. As we walked into our room, we were overwhelmed with an immense smell of cleanliness. The employees at the Parc Soleil are very classy and friendly- everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff, and you can tell they all very much enjoy their jobs.

The Parc Soleil is a newer property with upgraded luxury furnishings. The room had beautiful wood floors, luxurious bedding, a flat screen television with a DVD player hidden in the dresser and a nice mini kitchen area to name a few. Though the suite does not have a fuil size kitchen like other rooms, the little mini kitchen area works just fine for a quick stay, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, dishes and silverware, coffee maker with coffee, etc. Rooms at this property surely do not disappoint. The bathroom is also a great size with new equipment. Our room however was handicap accessible and the lip/edge of the shower was not large enough and water flowed everywhere in the bathroom and we had to use up all of our extra towels to clean up, but really not a big deal.

Being that it was Valentine’s Day, the onsite restaurant, Café Soleil, was offering a special dinner for two that offered a myriad of appetizers, entrees and a desert which were all different from their typical menu. We of course partook in this and the food was great. The offerings were different from what you would get in a tradition restaurant. Our waitress, XXX, was so super friendly which made the experience much better. Even better was that the restaurant was open until 11pm, which is good because our outings had kept us out later than we hoped. The café is located poolside so if you choose to, you could eat or enjoy drinks outside. We also enjoyed their breakfast the next morning, which was also great as they offered many different choices for adults as well as children. They also have an onsite market offering snacks, other quick meals and other necessities but we did not purchase anything from there.

And the pool, or should I say pool(s), are just FANTASTIC! They have two pools and multiple spas on site. The main pool is a large pool in the center of the property with a large water slide right next to the Café. During our stay, it was around 60 degrees out and I was kind of hesistant about going to the pool but it was just too gorgeous to resist. But I am glad we did as they had it heated like a warm bathtub. You could actually see the steam rising from it.

Another nice perk of this property is the parking garage. Most properties have large, overcrowed parking lot with a long walk to the room. Not at the Parc Soleil. Here, there is a parking garage for each building with multiple floors and AMPLE parking and quick walk to the elevator. This is great so that you and your vehicle are protected from the often changing elements of Florida.

I am certainly looking forward to our next stay at the Parc Soleil. This hotel is a centrally located luxury resort close to many attractions and restaurants. It would be the perfect fit for anyone looking for a great hotel stay!

We stayed here for a Universal trip and we enjoyed it. It was amazing. They have great service. I would totally recommend. They have a water slide my kids loved it. They have movies at the pool sometimes too. My kids really enjoyed that they had Disney Channel most hotels don't. Again totally recommended. I will come back again!

We had the best time during our stay there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They give you an invitation to have fun then do everything to make it a reality. The feeling when you stay there is that you are at "home" rather than just renting a space. We ate by the pool, walked the path around the pond, and relaxed in the room. We went to Universal Studios one day with the shuttle. The food was terrific. The pastries in the deli/Marketplace were absolutely fantastic. Compliments to the baker!

We stayed at a studio room for 4 nights. The room has a good size and well maintained. However, the air conditioner inside the room was very, very loud when it was on, the noise was almost unbearable. The resort has several big swimming pools and seemed quite nice. However, we didn’t have a chance to use them. There was some road construction going on right outside the resort during our stay, we had to pay extra attention so that we would not miss the resort entrance in the evening since the resort sign was smallish and dim lighted. I think I will go back to stay on the international drive next time.

Thank you for your comments. While we’re pleased you found the size of your studio unit to good and that it was well maintained, we apologize for the challenges you experience with the air handler in your room. As far as the road construction going on outside of the resort on Palm Parkway, which is linked to new I-4 overpass that is being installed, we look forward to this project being completed later in the year and the added convenience it will provide our Guests who want to access the Premium Outlets, as well as International Drive itself.

Stayed here overnight for business travel. Loved, loved, loved this property. The one bedroom suite was huge and the bathroom modern and large also. It was a a great value as well. Not as close to Disney as some would like, but it's fine if you have a car. I would love to stay here for pleasure. Top of the line amenities and excellent staff!

Great property. We spent 3 nights in a 1 bedroom late February. The location is not in the middle of things but not very far away if you have a car. I don't think I'd stay here to go to Disney but Universal would be fine. it's just the traffic to and from Disney is brutal this time of year.

The unit was great. Hardwood floor in the living room, nice open floor pan. Bathroom was nice and big and a plus is the separate room for the toilet. The bed is nice and comfy too.

We did have dinner downstairs one night and the food was pretty good. Never did hit the pool but it was very nice. They also have a smaller adult pool. Can't beat it for the price. Less than anything else we looked at and that was just for a regular hotel room. Being HGVC owners we get a pretty good deal on the units. enjoy

Room Tip: We asked for a room looking at the Disney fireworks. Also a lot quieter than looking over the pool

We stayed here with some friends for a long weekend trip to the theme parks in Orlando. The Club is about (or maybe over) 4 years old now and is still in good shape.

Check in is easy, though they tell you to go see the concierge for a free gift. The free gift consisted of the concierge trying to get us to attend an update meeting even though we told him a few times we weren't interested. He then gave us a discount card which is virtually useless.

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very nice. I can't imagine staying in the "studio" portion alone as it is very, very small. Attached to the 1 bedroom suite, it works just fine.

You'll see lots of complaints about how loud the A/C is. Those complaints are true. It is incredibly loud.... but I loved it. Made for great white noise and allowed me to fall asleep more quickly than normal.

The rooms are very clean and they've done a good job of keeping them looking new. Probably time for some upgrades (32" TVs in the living room, really?) and some paint but overall we were happy.

The pool area is beautiful and very well kept. It was pretty cold outside but I dipped by feet in and it was a nice warm respite from the cold air!

We bought some things at the market, which were dreadfully overpriced. This is the price you pay for not wanting to get in your car and drive to a local market. Nothing (and I mean NOTHING) is within walking distance.

The restaurant was nothing short of amazing. We had a late night dinner and the food was very very good. We ordered a few steaks, burgers and other sandwiches and everything came out perfectly cooked. I am a bit of a steak snob and will say that the steak was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked.

My only serious complain with this property is the internet. It's awful. We called the internet provider every night to complain. Every night they'd tell us, "We're aware of the issue and working quickly to fix it". They never did fix it. It was so awful that we all had to resort to using our 4G modems in order to get connected to do anything. Shameful!

If they fix the internet, then this property is perfect. If they don't, then I'd tell you to avoid it at all costs if having internet access is important to you.

Thank you for you feedback concerning your recent stay. I am delighted to hear you found the resort enjoyable and the food in Café Soleil nothing short of amazing. I apologize for the lack of internet service provided during your stay and can certainly understand your frustration and concern. We absolutely understand the importance of fast functional internet and I can assure you this issue is being addressed. We are working with our internet provider and look to have a permanent solution in place very soon. Thank you again and we look forward to serving you in the future.
