Stayed here the week of Sept. 17, 2012. One of the best hotels all around. We had a one bedroom suite: Full kitchen with granite counters and modern appliances, lovely decor in the livingroom, spacious bedroom (bed was comfortable), nice patio and a bathroom I wish I had at home. The unit (11011) had a washer & dryer with detergent so you don't have to return home with dirty clothes. There is also a washer & dryer room on the floor for those that may not have the combo in their rooms. The staff at check-in were friendly and greeted me by name when I walked in (maybe I was the only late check in customer but was surprised and pleased). I loved the fact that everyday there were activities for the guests from 10 am - 9/10 pm. We attended family karaoke and it was so much fun...whether you can sing or not everyone was polite and made you feel like a star. The food and drinks at Cafe Soleil were excellent. I had the calamari twice and it never disappointed me. Lightly seasoned and golden fried just right, not rubbery. They also served the tentacles which is the best part :) My boyfriend said his filet mignon was cooked perfect (medium rare) and my grilled pork chops were delicious. The property sits by itself meaning there are no other pproperties nearby but it is very close to SeaWorld. We did the timeshare presentation which wasn't bad at all (I did one in Cabo that put a bad taste in my mouth a few years back). My boyfriend and I decided that when in Orlando, this is the property we will stay at. I highly recommend Parc Soleil, you won't be disappointed. BTW, housekeeping doesn't clean your room everyday.

The accommodations were perfect, spacious, quiet. My family of four with very young children stayed here during a 5 day trip to Universal Studios is August 2012 and were just in awe of the decor, comfort and beauty if this resort. The pool, although not very deep featured a wonderful Waterslide which is where we spent most of our pool time. We stayed on the 14h floor great view of pool. The condo was so lovely we could've spent most of our days in it. Although I prefer not to cook during vacations, the kitchen was well-equipped and inviting with stainless steel appliances. The sofa sleeper was the absolute most comfy sofa sleeper I've ever tried.

They provided washer, dryer and washing powder so, we went home with all clean clothes!

Location was perfect and no more than a 10-15 minute drive from Universal, a couple malls, and everything we did on the International Drive spots.

The only negative was that the parking garage at Parc Soliel filled up quickly in h evenings leaving us park less one night. The other downside was we participated in. Timeshare sales presentation where the salesman manager got extremely rude /nice-nasty when we declined the $30,000 timeshare sale. But, the price was economical considering the lavishness of our condo/suite

In Orlando, Highly Recommend Bob Marley's inside City Walk. And LaNouba in Downtown Disney. That Cuban restaurant has great mojitos.

DO NOT Recommend Emeril's inside Citywalk. Food was bad but service was decent. We've been to 2 different Emeril's in New Orleans that were impeccably delicious, but this Orlando one needs serious attention.

Overall, enjoyed CityWalk better than Downtown Disney.

Will definitely stay at Parc Soleil again, soon!

Room Tip: Choose a High floor in Tower 2

This hotel was fairly new when we went in 2011 and we loved it. The bathroom was bigger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in!
We rented an average family sized car which looked like a smart car compared to what everyone else was driving, you definitely need a car if you are staying here. There was masses of parking round the hotel and it was all free.
We booked the hotel as room only as there were tons of places to eat within a few miles and they also provide fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery and I think a mini cooker (Can't remember as we never cooked anything), coffee was replenished every day and was really good coffee.
Towels for the pool were by the pools and you could take as many as you needed.
Amazing hotel for the price (I think it was about £150 for 10 days from memory) and I would definitely stay there again when we next go to florida.

The facility is beautiful and is located very near Disney World, EPCOT Center, Sea World, and Universal. The hotel offers many activities for children but only a limited number for adults. The pool is large but shallow (4 ft.) and it has a water slide. There is also a playground and an activity center.

Hilton made some "interesting" design choices in the rooms. We had a one-bedroom suite with a kitchen and laundry. There are glass paned doors between the living room and bedroom, and even though they had a translucent covering, a lot of light gets through. Also, they did not use room darkening drapes in either room, which makes sleeping more difficult. The sofa is a king sleeper sofa and comfortable; however, the sides of the sofa are around four feet high, which makes it very difficult to reach items on the tables on either side.

The restaurant was very welcoming and the food consistently of a high quality. Also, the deli had a very good selection.

Room Tip: If light bothers you when trying to sleep, ask for a room with a lake view. There's a little le...

One bedroom suite was nice overall, clean and well equipped from the bathroom to kitchen utensils. The bed and bedding was comfortable and there is extra bedding provided in the closet. The separate bathtub with water drawing from the ceiling makes a long day out relaxing. The staff, housekeeping was nice and polite. The front desk offered discount tickets to the theme parks only if we attended a sales meeting with breakfast included, but we declined. There are several eateries and shopping outlets nearby, but not within walking distance.

Perhaps we were confused, put this is not a resort. It is a hotel with an oversized pool. There is an effort to look upscale, but it is hindered by the obvious incomplete construction. Is the lobby a minimalist interior or undecorated?
Accommodations are clean, more than adequate, and well located. We went for the "Grand Vacations Club"sales pitch and paid just $149 for three nights. Can't beat the price. The time share purchase doesn't make sense for us. I suppose the concept might work for those who are younger and/or are traveling with high frequency. Also, might be a worthy idea for a road warrior.
Parc Soleil needs more to make it a resort.

We typically stay at the SeaWorld Grand Vacations, however, they were booked for this trip, so we decided to try the Parc Soleil. Parc Soleil is definitely more modern and fancy. The bathtub in the 1 bedroom suite is interesting as it fills up from the ceiling. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and a connecting studio.
Originally, we booked a 2 bedroom suite and upon arrival, we were placed in a handicapped accessible room which is okay, but definitely less appealing than the normal rooms as there is less counterspace and big gaps where cabinets would typically be (to allow wheelchairs to pull in). There were accessible showers instead of the pedastal bathtub featured in the regular suites. We called and were informed there were no rooms available. We asked if they could book us at the Sea World Grand Vacations, but again, they were full. Eventually, after about an hour we were moved to a 1 bedroom suite with connecting studio which worked out even better to have separate living areas. The kitchens are gorgeous with new stainless steel appliances... I always check the rates on this hotel if the Sea World location is too expensive or booked.
The location is also pretty good as it is close to Whole Foods and a short drive to both Universal and Sea World using back streets.
