Stayed for one week. Very small rooms, but clean. Spent very little time in them anyway. Only ate at the resort twice. All other meals were "Downtown" or in the parks. Customer service was great. Loved the bus transportation. So convenient. Would stay here again.

Took my five year old for her birthday, the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Yes, the rooms are small and no frills. But you are staying on Disney grounds, have access to the bus transportation between resorts at no charge and avoid the $15 parking fee at the Magic kingdom.

Never stayed at one of the Disney value resorts before and I certainly see why they're classified that way. This is a basic hotel, no fridge, no microwave, rooms are not overly large. Furniture in the room was worn and in need of replacement. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the ice machine did not work for the duration of our stay, had to go down to the second floor every time. The food court was nice and food was good but it's quite a hike if you get stuck in the Country Fair section of the resort. The pool near our room didn't feel heated like the main pool was. NO HOT TUB?? If you travel with children....which most people here do......... and have lots of luggage, good luck finding a luggage cart without taking the long walk back up the the main building, even then you'll have to ask for help from a bell hop. Not the best laid out resort I've ever been to, but it is substantially cheaper than any of the other Disney resorts I've stayed at.

Bottom line......if you don't plan on spending much time in your room and don't mind not having the amenities of other Disney resorts it's an ok place. Next time I'll spend the extra and have the things I've come to expect and want while on vacation.

Room Tip: DO everything you can to avoid having to stay in the Country Fair area, it's a Looooonnng way fr...

Being at a Disney Hotel is a experience that everyone should enjoy, but is not so affordable as being outside the complex. This hotel is a economic option but inside the complex. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. is also has plenty of space to put your luggage. I'd strongly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the value resorts that Disney world has to offer. If you aren't with little ones and plan on spending more times in the parks than the room then this is the way to go. The hotel still has that Disney resort quality and is very nice. Awesome food court, property design that illuminates the imagination of kids of all ages. Pools are open and neatly designed. The hotels location is ideal for quick access to any of the theme parks. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I did a "whirlwind" long weekend in Disney/Universal and stayed at this hotel...what a great surprise! I wish we'd had more time just to hang around the hotel, but there were parks to get to, shuttles to catch, etc. This is the first time I'd ever stayed on the Disney grounds (3rd trip to the parks), and I'd recommend it highly. Transportation is key - they take you to and from the airport and buses run all the time to take you from the hotel to the parks. Granted, the place is so huge that there's a LOT of time spent shuttling around, but that's just the way it is. The food at the hotel was consistently good, and open late. The gift shop had almost everything that the parks themselves had. The grounds were clean, the room was nicely decorated and clean....highly recommended!

I've been to WDW many times, but this was our first stay at an All-Star resort. The previous two visits my husband and I made (pre-kid), we stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and loved it. This time, we were taking a semi-last minute trip (4 weeks out) and taking our 3.5yo son for the first time. We thought an All-Star resort would be fun for him and a bit of cost savings for us. Both were true.

The resort had fun, colorful oversized decor that appears common in the All-Star line-up. It was very clean and neat. But - it was also a step down from the moderate resorts. The beds were a bit hard, rooms noisier and we had to request security come to our section to deal with a domestic dispute by other guests near our room. It was a bit of "you get what you pay for." All-Star Music is nice, but it is also more of a motel with a Disney spin. Next time, we'll return to Port Orleans.
