“Exactly what we needed”
Reviewed October 22, 2013 via mobile

This resort is exactly what's required for a park based holiday. The room is clean and adequate for the little time you spend it. Resort facilities are far superior to what you would get in europe for a comparable price. Customer service, magical express, toiletries, shopping transfer to resort, tv channels and transport all the same as the more expensive resorts. Transportation is a very slick operation with the exception of the evening shuttles to downtown disney which are very very busy and irregular. An ideal way to be in heart of the magic without braking the bank.

Top tips - get the coaches am hour before the park opens. Don't go for breakfast at the food court between 8 and 10 as its at its busiest then.

My mother and I visited WDW earlier this year. In an unexpected twist of events, we had the great fortune of returning last week for another visit. Since our previous visit to "Music" was so nice, we decided to stay there again. Well, they're very consistent, as once again we had a great time. The hotel is not lavish by any means. However, the rooms are kept very clean and are comfortable. Perfect for showering and resting. The common areas of the resort are perfect for families, as there is something to do for everybody. The pools are heated and offer plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and table/chairs. The on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of food, perfect for a quick bite to eat. The gift shop fulfills all needs for those looking to take home a trinket. All in all, this is round two of my experiencing "Music" and look forward to returning with my husband.

Room Tip: The "preferred" rooms cost a tad bit more than a standard room. However, for those guests...

Spent 2 weeks in Orlando in 2012, had a fab time!
This hotel- all good, you get what you pay for I guess. Your in disney- nothing's cheap!
The rooms are basic, fun bright wallpaper for little ones, average size tv. Nice and clean.
Staff are lovely here. There is a gift shop that sells lovely Disney bits, very pricey tho! There is always lots of things for little ones to do such as games and movies.

I've previously been to All Star Sports in January 2011 in preparation for another half marathon through the parks at Disney so its essential to be somewhere where its easy to get around.

For someone on their own its pretty expensive for any Disney hotel, probably paying around £400 more then someone in a couple.

Away from that this hotel is perfect, rooms were clean, all the amenities that I needed were there. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom & shower plus a decent sized fridge.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, the staff in the main are very friendly, especially having completed the run and having to hobble round like a penguin.

This hotel had everything I needed and that is why I would have no problem coming back or recommending it to other people.

We went to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival so we booked a room for only one night. I was really disappointed with the accommodations. We checked-in online several days before arriving which did not seem to matter once we arrived. Prior to our arrival we received notification that there would be refrigerator in the room. We could live without one, but there wasn't even a coffee maker to make coffee or tea in the morning. As for the room itself it was fairly bare bones, but clean. The flat screen TV seemed inundated with Disney channels which I guess should be expected. There was mold in the shower & rust in the sink, no soap dish & skimpy towels. Not even a pen & some paper in the room. When we took the bus over to Epcot there was a lady in a wheelchair & the bus driver did very little to help her get on the bus - hard to believe I was at a Disney property. Maybe I expected too much for a !$139.00 a night!!! If I return to Disney I will definitely stay in a more upscale hotel closer to or in one of the parks. We did have dinner at the Biergarten in Germany & it was a great meal with beer a flight sampler.

My #1 tip for this hotel is to specify your location when booking. We were at the furthest possible point from the lobby & food court. Disney is great but exhausting- so long walks to your room are not exactly how one wants to spend energy. That being said- the activities are many at this resort-especially for being a budget choice. We loved the pool side movies. As always the customer service was AMAZING. A great option, but I have also stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort which I prefer to this one. However, I would always recommend staying on Disney property vs. not regardless of hotel. So overall this stay was ok, but I would rank Pop Century or Art of Animation Resorts over this one. There is only a slight price difference. Also they are newer & the rooms at least seem bigger. Overall I heart Disney!

Room Tip: Ask if your room is close to the Lobby & extras!!

Clean, nice pools, friendly staff, and great transportation system. The resort is very long and only the premium rooms are a all close to the lobby/food/transportation. We were in the Jazz Inn near the back and found it a bit of a hike if you just wanted to go to the food court for a coffee. I have also stayed at Pop Century and although ASM is fine I would rather return to POP,
