Errol from the valet booth was very courteous with my check in process at the booth!!! He was amazing person to deal with and made me enjoy the start of my stay, good job BAGS for obtaining an awesome employee!!More

It was very nice three night stay. Staff was very helpful in every way and the food was great. Very nice location for doing anything in and around Orlando. Very clean from top to bottom, I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.

Nothing fancy, nothing appaling
stayed for 9 nights while working at a conference, it's perfectly adequate. The rooms are dated but thankfully quiet as I was working long hours.
Staff were great, it would just be nice to see a bit spent on the place.
Location is ideal for the convention center.

Valet Service was great!
Coby L went out of his way to be helpful as my colleagues and I were checking out. Concerned about our luggage weighing too much for our upcoming flights, he quickly helped us weigh all four pieces of luggage and got us settled in our vehicle to head to the airport. Thanks Coby!

Above and beyond
I was recently at the Rosen and it was the best experience out of all my trips to Central Florida. The service and professionalism made a difference. I will definitely come back! And also recommend. The valet parking service was key to this experience.The Supervisor Kristian,gave the extra mile to make the urgency of a business trip more bearable,while still making sure it was efficient service, as well as being very attentive and professional. I felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated and important to the company.

Convenient location
We stayed at here for a vb tournament at the N.Convention center. Very easy to get to. Many restaurants and stores to get to within walking distance. Disappointed by the fee for the gym. Also maintenance needs to be called to turn on heat??? Weird. No microwaves either. Very clean and food in the mini store/deli located in the hotel was fair for an equally fair price.
