We thought the Rosen Center was very nice and very upscale considering we booked it for only $35/night. I think it was a little too upscale for a family with young children though. The night we got there it was late and we had to switch rooms, kids were tired and cranky crying etc. and someone called security on us. They were very nice about it, but walls are super thin you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway! Also NOTHING was included! You have to pay $6/day for self parking. Internet was unheard of I forget the fee for that something like $12/day or something. No free coffee in the common area like most places. For $35/night though we couldn't complain and it was right on the main strip which was nice!

The gym is tiny with outdated equipment and they have the nerve to charge $15 per day. Any on property food option is exorbidant. The spa was offering a 25% service discount otherwuise would have been outrageous. The pool are is very nice, the rooms unremarkable. About a 1 mile walk from Point Orlando. You would not want to spend your hard earned vacation dollar here, overall.

Four Stars? Its got a great location wither you are here to do the parks, shopping or a convention… in fact its located right next in front of the convention center. When you arrive no one tells you the valet parking is an additional $16 per night. Walked right in and there were about 6 agents helping other guests (I was next in line). Check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel has 10 elevators – 6 for lower floors and 4 for the higher floors. With 10 elevators you think the hotel would at least set 1 elevator to be waiting for guests…. NOPE. When you get to your level the main lobby area is nice and updated then you walk down a dark narrow hallway to get to your room. Only if they had use the cool white bulbs it would look cleaner and more up to date. Opened the door, dropped the bags on the bed and noticed the door stayed opened. The hotel doors do not automatically close… this is a huge safety issue. .. but lets move on. You walk in and the first thing you see is a sign that says we conserve…. Blah blah blah and a bag just in case you want to recycle. Here’s a tip to the hotel…you can save tons of water by changing your huge 4 gallon per flush toilets to a 1.28 gallon toilet. The room is a mix of the old and the present. Its got some nice white duvets and crown moulding. Speaking of the duvets lets talk about the bed… its got feather pillows. In your typical hotel they put a cover over the pillow. This one does not. This is probably not very clean. When sleeping feathers stick out and it feels like glass cutting into your skin. The shower is lets say OLD. Its got plastic walls and a nasty looking shower head. The water does not properly convert from the tub faucet to the shower head and water comes out both. It also takes about 3 mins to get hot water. Wireless internet, hardwired internet, gym, local and long distance are charged. The air conditioner is very loud and is set to 60 (which it will never reach). Oh, back to conserving… the housekeepers turn off the ac unit when they go around cleaning the rooms so when you get back from a long day… its HOT! The buffet is nice, $19pp and pretty well managed with just one waiter and no host (8PM on a Sunday). Is it worth it to stay at this property? That I guess depends on how much you paid. Are you here for a convention? Is it four stars? No way!

I Cannot believe people are saying it's AWFUL!! This Hotel was very good, Rooms were Fab with excellent Maid service. It was very clean throughout the hotel and the staff were friendly and wanted to help you. The location of the hotel is stop 27 on the I-Ride, also Lynx 8 goes up and town Int Drive from the same stop. Me and my Partner stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and we have nothing bad to say about it.

This hotel was not even in the ball park of a 4 star hotel. It is a 3 or 3.5 by every other site and should never have been 4 star by Hotwire. I feel like I paid for a 4 star and got a 2.5 maybe 3 star at best. The rooms were very, very small and the beds were tiny. We had to call front desk for a roll away with only 3 people in room and it was a joke. After over an hour they finally brought the roll away, but there wasn't even enough room to put the thing down on the floor. So it had to go in the doorway and you had to step over it to get in or out of the room or bathroom. Also there was no fridge in the room, which every other 4 star or above hotel I have stayed at has, and the TV was very small and old. It was also not a temperature controlled room and had the old wall units where you were either frozen or hot, there was no medium temperature, definately not 4 star without thermostats!!! The fitness center was not only very small and cramped, but you had to pay $10 a day to use it, that was a joke, and $15 a day to valet park or $6 a day to even slf park. To top it all of the hotel manager was very rude and did not care about addressing any of our concerns even after stating he would do his best and call us back. Overall this was a very disappointing hotel and Hotwire should never have this in a 4 star category or even a 3.5 star category. The other sites get this hotel right at 3 stars or less!!!
