I can't complain about the price, because I got the hotel on Priceline for a good deal. When we got there and checked in, we went up to the room only to find it had 2 double beds. They were very accommodating and moved us to a King Size room. I found out they are renovating the rooms and the vast majority of rooms do not have a refrigerator...they are very basic. Ours had a new little mini fridge, but it froze everything I put into in. Our TV stopped working the first night we were there, but since we weren't spending a lot of time in our room we didn't mention it until we checked out. We were disappointed to hear that the fitness room was $10 extra per day, WiFi was an extra charge and parking was $10 per day. Ugh! We stayed away from the hotel restaurants...they too were VERY pricey. They had a little convenience store in the lobby, but I would suggest you stay away from that too unless you want to pay $4 for a can of Pringles or $8 for an egg sandwich at breakfast.
On a plus note, the bed was super comfortable with lots of extra pillows. We were in a handicapped accessible room, so the bathroom was huge and the room had lots of space. We were also on the 23rd floor...club level and it was very quiet. I heard some of the lower floors were noisy. The pool was the best...very large with lots of lounge chairs on the deck. There are also 2 outdoor jacuzzi tubs. I only wish there was some staff around to keep the little kids out of the hot tubs...some were using it as their personal kiddie pools...but that also should have been their parents job.
Overall...it was good for a 2 night stay...clean and comfortable. Just wish WiFi, gym and parking were included in the price of the room.

Positives:
Hotel was clean
Conveniently located near Convention Center
Comfortable beds

Negatives:
Fees for everything
No free parking
No Internet included
No Fridges
No Microwaves
Extremely large property - with parking 5 minute walk away
I am surprised they didn't charge a fee/surcharge for electricity, blankets, and beds ...everything else was a fee

Better suited for business travelers than family

Poor sound acoustics - woke twice in one night - by two different couples doing the deed in different rooms. Sounds no one needs to be exposed to. :)

FIRST OF ALL, THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE BIG ENOUGH TO READ! Next, I have NEVER been to a fancy 5-star motel in my life and in all honesty, everything was gorgeous and very clean...But, I was VERY disappointed. We arrived for a 3-day stay, was greeted outside by helpful fellas who moved our vehicle to the side of the curb. We were told they would be parking our car and gave them our keys. Later, the car was still there which worried me since their were towing signs posted. After going outside several times, I finally asked and was told it would have to be moved which I did after retrieving my keys.

Long stories short: We went to the room and within a couple hours discovered the toilet was plugged...took over 2 hours to fix the problem while I waited in the room other than going down 21 stories to use the restroom...Next day - toilet plugged again. Nicely, they moved us to another room which took over an hour...New room - TV did not work - that took over an hour again! We left the motel for a while and when we returned, our key would not work and could not get into the room - it took almost 2 hours to resolve this problem. Partially, this was our fault because we had not been added to the register by the person we were with...When we checked out the next day, we waited for over an hour to get a cart to move our luggage and we finally just did it ourselves.

Therefore, much enjoy time was wasted. I really wanted to enjoy the pool, but never got the opportunity due to all the problems.

As far as cleaniliness and beauty, it was GREAT - everything especially the flowers and landscaping. Most of the people were very kind.

The motel has NO SMOKING - we finally found a terrace above the pool & around the pool for smoking rather than only in front of the building. We also discovered an exit at the end of the hallways by the stairways in which you could smoke.

So...will I stay here again - absolutely NOT without checking room first and asking a lot of questions and waiting for answers. The double rooms only have full size beds - just not big enough.

Food - good but expensive. Walking distance to local restaurants and Walgreen's was nice.

At check in the woman at the front desk was amazingly rude, she noted happily that they had the wrong arrival date and had given our room away! The hotel was totally full. They offered to call a hotel nearby, but only for one night out of 3! I know the majority of guests who stay at the Rosen Centre are on business at the next door convention center, so they have a captive audience. As a result their motto seems to be "Just say No." We ended up sharing a colleague's room which was pretty unpleasant. Also, the food is expensive and bad in both main restaurants. Only stay here if you absolutely have to, and keep your expectations low!

If you like to be ripped of this is the place. On top of their high rate they charge $10 for parking and $5 per hour for internet and they don't even have wireless. A conference hotel that doesn't have wireless internet, how ridiculous is that.

If you want to use the gym it is $10 extra and now the best. I dropped off a FedEx at the business center and they charged me a $5 handling fee. I almost started laughing if it wasnt so sad. This place is unbelieveable, they have no shame. Iam sure they will soon charge a fee to use the toilets or breathe air.

I informed our corporate secretary never to book this place again, I am so upset about their greediness. They will lose 100 people 3 times year. I rather pay a slightly higher rate tonot have to dealwith this nonsense extra fees.

Oh, by the way, their rooms are boring too and the walls are very thin.
