You could not stay at a better location with regards to shopping. The front desk check-in was a breeze, and the clerk was extremely polite. The hotel's gate is shut down a little earlier than the entire mall closes (the actual time escapes me) but they inform you of this at check-in. I think the hotel itself could use a restuarant that sells food past 9 pm. We could barely get tea and I believe croissant/ muffin, after shopping until mall closing. Another note, my family is in the hotel industry so this seemed odd to me that when we were checking into our room after 5pm that day, the maids dirty linens and carts were still in the hallway. It was a little disturbing to see housekeeping still going on at that hour of day. There was even some tattered and old armchairs at the end of the hallway. The rooms themselves where nicely done in soft contemporary colors, average size room the bathroom had beautiful granite countertops, although the bath tub was starting to show a little signs of age (rust spots), and I am being picky there, but overall I was happy with my stay and would definitely return. We had to catch a early morning flight and the clerk managed to carry out his request promptly at 5am with a smile.
Walmart and World Market a 2min drive away.

I've stayed at the hotel three times so far. The location and amenities were wonderful. The dining, spa, fitness center, spacious rooms were exactly what I needed. Not to mention the shopping and other stores without leaving the hotel area. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Have stayed in this hotel for many years, when it was Holiday Inn, Sheraton and the previous owner Adams Mark. One thing that stands out is the promixity to shopping and restaurants if you are just there for a little R & R. If you want to visit the parks it's a bit of a distance away. But during the December you will find hotel a bit too noisy as there are often school groups visiting for big games held in Orlando. If you don't mind the noise it's a clean and upgraded location to place your head at night.

Lastly the restaurant is not up to the standards of the previous owners as they are not using the facilities once offered and it's changed to now accommodate large wedding parties of Indian descent.

Several experiences stayingin this hotel. Choose to return for great location toall parts of Orlando, plenty of local restaurants. Very good facilities and swimming pool etc. Rooms weel fiited out and very clean. Very good and friendly service overall with every need catered for. Reasonable value roon rates. Good bar with friendly staff. Can be very busy at large conference times. Only negative was not very many children staying, as a result no children's facilities. Will stay again!
