Stayed here with my family when visiting Universal. Perfect location for the parks, only a 15 min walk. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Only downside was there wasn't free breakfast. Nice place.

This hotel was part of a vacation package. I chose it because of its convenient location and the good reviews. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and nice. Walking distance from the Universal but i chose to take an uber because it rained at night. It was just a 5 minute ride which only cost me $6. I loved my stay! Unfortunately, i left a very valuable souvenir. My harry potter wand :( i felt so bad!!! i emailed them on the same day that i checked out. I got a reply and they said that they have it. They said that they will send it to me and to call them to let them know how i want it delivered. When i called the hotel, they said the item was not in the log. So they don't know if it was found now i'm really worried. I do hope that they find it and send it to me soon. I had high expectations with this hotel because of the very good service that i experienced. I hope im not disappointed :(

We were interested in easy access to Universal Studios Orlando and this hotel covered all of our needs: clean, air-conditioned, inexpensive, and a 15 minute walk to the park entrance. With sidewalks! We saw a family look aghast as we started walking the 1 mile and it was worth it not to deal with parking lots and lines of cars. Sure, there's a shuttle, but we wanted the early park access didn't want to be limited by the shuttle schedule.
The staff were courteous and handled our multiple rounds of bag checks without trouble. While there is a pool, we spent all of our waking hours at the theme park, but I can see that it would be convenient if you wanted to take a break from Universal.

Beautiful Hotel and very courteous and helpful staff throughout our stay. Hotel is about fifteen minutes walk to Universal Studios but there is a shuttle coach from the hotel and the first one leaves at 7:35am next one at. 8:35am and there's two more (not sure if the times). We stayed on the 7th floor facing the premium outlet mall. Hotel is very clean, rooms are beautiful and the air con works super. The cleaners do a fantastic job in keeping the rooms clear. For me Imelda at the counter and Lucas are the stars and there are other reps too equally very helpful. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but TGIF is right next to it for breakfast and lunches. Beth from Budget car rentals at the hotel site was also extremely helpful in sorting out the rental car for me. Overall I rate this hotel an A* and I'd definitely visit with my family in the near future.
