We stayed here for a week and loved it. It was out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The house was clean and organized and the beds were comfortable.
The only problem I had was the key to the front door (not the dead bolt) was really hard to unlock, you have to jiggle it quite a bit to get it open.
The house was perfect for our family, very clean. Could have used more towels, utensils, plates and cups. The house slept 10 but only provided 8 of each of those. The resort management was terrible. At check in they said we were moved to a different house and that it slept 10, We get there and it slept 6! So we called the property manager and he said no, they cleaned the house we booked for us. The resort acted like they did not know what was going on. This all happened at 10 pm with four small children after traveling all day. The owner did call us and apologize, however there was more confusion at check out with which property we stayed at.
We checked in in less than five minutes . The place was clean and very neat . The villa manager was also very helpful and responsive. The owner was responsive and our deposit was returned on time . I will definitely recommend this place . My family of seven slept here comfortably.
The pool was crowded but still fun . Also there was no noise in my neighborhood. Very quiet all day and night .
The door is tricky to open . The trick is to not push the last groove of key all the way in .
My family and I enjoyed the stay it was really great. Busy planning for our next vacation in 2020 God spear our lives with a bigger group all family members. You will be hearing from me soon once you have the dates available for booking.
You get a big town home for a price of a small hotel room. The 20 minute drive to the parks is worth it because the amenities are great. You do have to drive to the pool. We will definitely stay there again. Very comfortable.
The home had good accommodations but was too far from pool and Disney sites. I had no car for the first 2 days and walked approximately 2 miles each way to the pool. My fitbit logged 14k steps to and from the pool area and back on 3 trips in one day. The accommodations were excellent but I was unaware that it was self serve. Meaning no amenities such as toilet tissue, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, etc. Overall I was pleased once my family arrived with a car . Trips to Disney was around 35 minutes and to Universal around 45. Great security in and out of this gated complex. Thank you Owen
My family and I booked this resort for out trip to Disney. We loved the resort and the amenities. The only thing that bothered us was that the minimum temp for the a/c was 73 and it was a little warm in the middle of the night. Other than that, the check in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river and will be back to stay again.
