This hotel was very nice!! The accommodations were great!! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made each person feel that they were receiving their full attention. The room was very nice and comfortable! The balcony was a nice touch! The full kitchen was great and a stackable washer and dryer wass a big plus! We didn't use these amenities, but when we come back with the kids, we would definitely stay here and utilize everything! All in all, our stay was great and we would recommend this hotel!!

This was our first trip to The Point. Staff was very kind at check-in and went the extra mile to accomodate another night to stary as our plans changed to stay longer. Hotel is 2years old. Very nice rooms. 1 Bedroom suite with balcony over looking pool was outstanding. Fully equipped kitchen worked well to save some $$ on breakfast and lunch meals. Keurig in rooms was awesome as well. Pool/jacuzzi were clean. Cabana bar food was good and bar staff were great. Only complaint is no WiFi. No complimentary breakfast. However bistro serves buffet breakfast for $9.99 per person.

This hotel (actually it is condominium) is a great place to stay. Close to Universal, Wet and Wild, and close enough to Disney. Breakfast buffet, which we did not get, looked nice. It was was kind of an enhanced version of a Hampton Inn hot breakfast, with what appeared to be more items. cost is 9.95, Eating are a little tight. Outdoor from 11-11 is an bar with a menu, we both had wraps which we very large and worth the price, especially for a hotel.

Our room was 701 h in tower one. It was clean and well appointed. Each room has a Keurig coffee maker, You get one decaf two regulars. After that you can purchase them at desk but price was high. If you have Keurig bring your own, If not, and you like coffee in room pickup a box of what you like. However there is bottomless Starbucks for a couple of dollars at breakfast time (included in breakfast) if you just want coffee.

Front desk help is very nice. But as it is small you may have to wait.

Room Tip: Make sure you know that the room is inside a door. For 701 h and s you go through a common entrance door 701 and then to your room door.

I spent about a week in the hotel for visiting Disney theme parks. Indeed, I do not have any thing to complain about the services I received in the hotel. Shortly, everything was excellent and I know a place to go or recommend to whoever would like to stay in Florida for vacations or business: The Point Orlando Resort!

Room Tip: When you are in your room, you cannot hear noises from outside. Matress are of very good quality and each piece of the unit are large enough and convenient for the purpose of being there (business or vacations).
