Owner description: "Disney's BoardWalk area contains more than 90,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and nightclubs. It encompasses Crescent Lake and is ""a village on the water"" near many Disney Resort hotels in Walt Disney World Resort. This quarter-mile entertainment, dining and shopping area is also conveniently close to 2 Disney Theme Parks. With sherbet-colored building facades, striped awnings, rising columns and archways, Disney's BoardWalk is designed after the boardwalks that were famous during the turn of the 20th century along such coastal cities as Coney Island, New York and Atlantic City, New Jersey.Stroll along Disney's BoardWalk during the day to explore the unusual shops and restaurants. When the sun cools down, the nightlife heats up with street performers, food vendors, midway games and lots of live entertainment.

Bikes to rent, places to eat both table seating and fast food, Sports bar, Disney shopping, and 2 dances clubs. The real fun starts in the evening. Entertainers come out and the boardwalk comes alive with families.

“Make some magical memories!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2013

Beautifully themed Disney area at the waterside between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The Disney water taxis stop here on their journey between both theme parks. There are shops and restaurants such as: The Flying Fish; The Little River Brewing Works and the ESPN club also the Dance hall: Jellyrolls. In the early evening there are usually entertainers like jugglers and stilt walkers and little food-stalls. Also you can hire Surrey bicycles which cause a great deal of hilarity and add to the general atmosphere which is very special. We have really enjoyed spending time there. Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Villas is right there and has beautifully manicured grounds and a very pretty interior with typical Disney detail.

“Nice but not a lot to do but eat”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 25, 2013

The Boardwalk was nice for a leasure walk but it's mostly all places to eat and that's it. There is a sweet shop that sells fudge and ice cream and candy on the boardwalk that I suggest you stop at, I bought a $4 peanut butter and choc. chip cookie but it was the best cookie I have ever had!!

Skip on the tiny pizza place there (it's a order and pick up window only) it was TERRIBLE!! Worst than Little Ceasers pizza. I had the signature pizza and there was no garlic in it at all and it tasted so bad I had to stop eating it as it was making me sick.

Take the boat over to the Boardwalk - its a short nice little ride!

This is a wonderful free thing to do in Orlando. You don't have to pay for parking or anything. We went there for dinner and was able to walk around to some of the Disney shops
