Owner description: "Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, one of 2 Water Parks in Walt Disney World Resort, features one of the world's tallest and fastest free-falling waterslides, as well as slides and rides for the whole family—like a kid-sized, snow-castle fountain play area with scaled-down versions of the more thrilling attractions.

Blizzard Beach has been around for ages but it has withstood the test of time very well.

The water park wasn't busy so the queues were minimal for all of the slides.

Going to the tallest slide (Mt Rushmore) gives you great views of the whole water park as well as a number of other Disney parks.

A great place to visit especially with a family.

We took our 10 and 12 year old kids in August. This place was surprisingly fun for everyone. The rides are great and the water appeared clean. My only complaint was, of course, the lines. Overall it was a fun filled was to spend the day away from the parks.

The back story to this water park is that a freak snow storm has hit the area and that the melting snow has formed the water slides. Lots of fake snow as part of the theme of this park combined with all the water results in a lot of sun being reflected so sunglasses are very important. Lots of fast rides for the speed junkies of the family, slower family based slides and a family raft ride, although take note there are a lot of stairs to climb, so you get a good work out. A teen area with ice bergs to walk across and a 'T' bar slide. A smaller area for younger members of the family as well as a lazy river, keep an eye out for the hut and take care if you hear sneezing! A lot of thought an attention to detail has gone into this park. A ski lift, ski jump and toboggan racing. A great day out. It does get very busy early and the lines do become very long.

Very clean, well kept water park. Areas for the adventurous and for little tykes both. Be sure to wear sunscreen due to the snow themed colors and some areas without shade.

Good water park, clean and a few great slides. The wave pool has a very rough surface so be careful - nice little beach area, purchase the Disney cups and refill for free as often as you like.
