Loved both water parks and went there most afternoons after getting hot a sticky at the main parks. Again water shoes and a cover up are really useful. Lockers and towels for hire at modest price.

“Great trip with friends”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2013

I went to Blizzard Beach with some friends last summer. This park is more appropriate for older kids and adults. The slides are faster and taller than the ones at Typhoon Lagoon. The best ride is the family slide!

The next time I go, I will wear water shoes. There aren't a lot of trees at this park, and your feet will get burned on the concrete. Bring plenty of drinks, as this park will let you bring in a cooler. All of the Disney Parks are food allergy friendly, so if you have food allergies, be sure to ask for a manager at the restaurants, and they can help you out.

“Such a fun time!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2013

Great rides, lots to see and even eat. Little kids to adults had a lot of fun. Make sure to buy the re-fillable cup, you save money that way.

Try and go early to get the best loungers, yet you will get one anytime, yet they might not be the best ones. The food isn't too expensive either, very reasonable!

“We Had A Lot of Fun Here”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2013

The slides here were a lot more intense than at Typhoon Lagoon, but they were fun. Beware there is a lot of climbing up stairs here, so it tires you out quicker. We loved the toboggan racing slides, great competition for the family. My son and grandson went down the big power slide and loved it. My grandson is 7 years old and has no fear of the water. This again was a great way to get away from the main parks and relax and have some fun.
