“What a great time!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2012

Our kids (10, 7, and 4) LOVED visiting Gatorland! So did mom and dad. What a neat place. We upgraded our ticket for some of the extras and we weren't disappointed. All of the handlers/employees are very friendly and very educated on their animals. The Gator wrestling experience is very cool! (the pictures are a little expensive though, but they do let you take your own as well.) We enjoyed walking around and feeding the gators and the shows are done really well. I don't think any of the shows are more than 15 minutes, so even our 4 year old was entertained and it held her attention. The Aviary room is awesome! Be sure to bring some $1 bills to buy bird food sticks. The birds come and sit right on you and eat the seeds off the sticks, it's very cool, (coming from someone who is not usually fond of birds.) The train ride is a little boring, but the littlest ones always love a train ride, and it's a nice way to sit for a few minutes and enjoy the scenery. We really enjoyed our trip here and would even consider visiting again next time.

“"An amazing day out"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2012

We have been to Gatorland everytime we have visted Florida, four times now. Always exceptional value, very informative. Food very good and good value. Staff are very friendly and will answer any questions. Now able to feed the Galapagos Tortoises for a fee and have photos taken with them. Everyone should have their photo taken sitting on the back of a gator, unique experience.

“What a blast!!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2012

We recently took a trip to Orlando and found Gatorland to be a great way to spend a few hours. The shows were a bit corny, but the staff was always friendly and knowledgable. The opportunities to interact with such fascinating creatures should not be missed. The park is also very wheelchair friendly. If you'd like to get away from the extreme commercialism of the area, take a few hours and visit Gatorland.

“Great time”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2012

This is not a huge park and there are no rides, but we had a great time and would recommend it. Obviously there are a multitude of gators of all shapes and sizes. They also put on various shows. The one show we went to had 2 funny guys displaying several wild animals. They also had an aviary that was great. We paid $1 for a small amount of food to be placed on a popsicle stick and as soon as you get the stick the birds bombard you trying to get the food. My son had the stick and at one time he had 6 birds on top of his head and 6 on his hand trying to get the stick. In the aviary the birds will fly right up to you and land on your shoulder. My husband had one land on his shoulder and tickle his ear. It was $25 per person, and even though it was small it was a nice way to start our vacation. Very low key and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
