“Better than the zoo”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Animal Kingdom. The park has several major attractions that should not be missed. Try to get to the Safari first thing in the morning, the animals seem more active then. Save the Kali River Rapids for the hottest part of the day, you will get wet! The Nemo Musical was excellent with Broadway quality performances , sit near the front. The Everest roller coaster is amazing everyone should do it once. This park is smaller than the others and seems easier to get around. We had a good lunch from the Yak and Yeti....Chinese take-out style.

“Underrated Park at WDW”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

So much to see and do at this park. The safari was great, and Kali River Rapids was our favourite family ride in all of WDW -- we went on it at least 7 times! The Festival of the Lion King the best show in all of WDW as well -- don't miss it. I loved all of the character interactions we got during the parade at the Animal Kingdom -- far more than the parade at Magic Kingdom.

“Only 2 rides worth trip”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

Compared to other parks, seemed extremely busy and packed, you seem to spend ages walking from one place to another and then back again along the same routes!!! Attempted to get a coffee using travellers cheques and was told unable to accept as hut not part of disney - only park we found this on!!! Rides Everest and Bugs Life excellent, and some of the old style funfair rides good, otherwise wouldn't bother with here again

“Does 2 make it Rhinocerie?”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

Disney does it again, only this time with live animals. Don't miss the Safari, there are too many animals to miss great photo opportunities. Watch out for the Giraffes, it seems they are always craning their necks to listen in on what you're saying. Saw lions, crocodiles, bats, tigers, rhinos, ostriches & more in very natural settings. Great shows, very interesting how the park is divided into regions of the world and don't forget Kilaminjaro!

“Good experience”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

We had a rainy start to this day and it was cooler but that was great for this park since the animals were more awake and running around. Definately go to the safari first thing and you'll be amazed at the animals and how active they are. The kids loved DinoLand but other than that not much else for the younger kids. It's more like a zoo.
