My husband and I went to "Universal Studios Florida" and I didn't think it was as much fun as "Universal's Island of Adventure" (which we did 2 - 3 years ago). I didn't feel there was as much to do or see. Not worth the price we paid.

What can you say about the universal experience ? As a recently retiree i was not expecting to be impressed with the raz and the matazz of this... However, on exiting the Potter world i had a silly grin and felt like a child again.. Absolulety exceptional. Every detail perfect. If the magical world existed this is what it would be like.
AND thats only potter.. Try the minions ride, the transformers ride , the ...... It just goes on and on...a magnificent three days.

Went during Halloween 2012 and it was a great experience. The setup of the park was fantastic and really set a good mood. Not all the attractions were open due to the Halloween events but the few regular rides we went on were great.

The haunted experiences however were really good and should be on everyone's lists. It probably was a lot more fun because you're allowed to walk around and drink so that was new for us.

I would definitely recommend a Halloween evening out to Universal Studios Florida. A little bit pricey based on the time spent there at night but still worth it. We also paid extra for the fast lane because the lineups are huge and without it we would only have seen perhaps 2 attractions instead of 5.

Did both parks in one day for the first time and we were able to do everything we really wanted to do. The Harry Potter attractions are great !!! You can only take the Hogwarts Express Train between the two parks with a park hopper ticket which is more money, but it's worth the cost. The train ride is quick but a different experience than most rides. Make a dinner reservation in City Walk if you want to eat when the park closes, otherwise you'll be waiting 45-90 minutes.

We had a much anticipated trip to universal in Orlando to visit their Harry Potter areas. They did not disappoint. The details were amazing and everywhere. From the wand shop, to the performers, to the food and butter beer. We couldn't get enough of it. Well done!
They clearly had some 'experts' on staff to get so much of it so brilliantly done. We spent 2 out of three days fully immersed in Harry Potter. Best 2 days.
