I booked a room for my parents from NY State. They enjoyed their stay and found piece of mind. The location was within walking distance of Cracker Barrel. The price was affordable and the staff were very friendly to my parents. They found nothing wrong. The rooms were handicap accessible. I called the hotel and met Joyce (Front desk staff). She welcomed my parents and answered all of their questions. Later on, my parents met another clerk who was from the same hometown (Rochester, NY). That was such a winner to meet someone from the same neighborhood, not just the city.

The staff was friendly but the room left a bit to be desired. It was clean but dated. The room was actually in a basement level...not what I expected. I would not stay here again. It was also in the middle of a construction zone....very inconvenient.

Joeann, the Front Desk Clerk was very friendly both on the phone when making the reservations as well as when we worked into the front door. There were 4 couples that checked in and she got us check in very quickly and promtly. Joeann was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area that we were in and help us tremendously. The hotel itself was very clean and the other employees were just as friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at Days Inn on our next visit.

We had been traveling all day and was very tired. We looked on tripadvisor.com and found this motel. When we checked in, JC was very welcoming. He told us of a great restaurant where we could get dinner, It was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a great value. The next morning when we went down for breakfast, Cheryl was so helpful and told us the story of this Days Inn. I could see that the staff was very proud of their motel. It was overall a great experience.

Room Tip: Always go on tripadvisor.com to find your Motel.
