Alot of great food to choose from at great prices. The waffles have got to be my favorite there. There is nothing fancy about this place but its a great place for breakfast and lunch. Every once in a while you will catch the owner Eve there greeting everyone. She is such a sweet lady.

A lot of delicious food for a small price. We went on a Saturday afternoon; it's not fancy, but just a nice place for lunch! The apple pie is great! :)

obviously a long standing family business who truly appreciate their customers... the waitresses were WoNdErFuL, really funny, even on a super busy Sunday breakfast morning! needless to say we ended up at Eve's every day for breakfast during our 4 day stay and it was well worth it

Four of us had lunch at Eve's after leaving the Oldsmar Flea Market. I had the crab salad sandwich - full of crabmeat, delicious. Another lady had the chicken salad sandwich - also a hit. The gentlemen went for the chicken philly and a breakfast plate (sausage, scrambled eggs, 3 pancakes). We had enough room left to share desert - the best coconut cake I have ever had. Made fresh, moist, can't say enough good things about it. We will definitely be back.

We have been going to Eve's for a quick Sunday breakfast for a long time. The last two times we went, the eggs were overcooked and the bacon was terrible. It's not that hard to make an egg when you are a breakfast place. Won't go back to this place, when you can find fresh, healthier breakfast at a lot of other places that seem to be a lot cleaner and more up to date than this place. I appreciate the old diner type feel of a place but the food should shine at those places and this place doesn't
