We stayed at the cabins at Silver River State Park for 3 days in early July. The cabin had 2 rooms, one with 2 twin beds & one with a full sized bed. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but not awful. They provided linens. The shower, kitchen & living room were all clean. there was a stove, microwave, fridge & dishwasher in the cabin. The wrap around front porch was nice & screened in with fans. We saw several deer every morning near the museum or on the drive out of the park. We rented a canoe from the main entrance rangers & rowed up the silver river to silver springs & back. It was fun & moderately strenuous for me (I am 7 months pregnant & was able to row up the river & back with my husband). Great experience at this state park.
