Description: Thank you for visiting Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille! A distinctively different menu, the food of Harry's Seafood Bar and Grille captures the essence of a city not only known worldwide as the birthplace of Jazz but also the birthplace of a unique style of cooking. We've taken the best of Cajun, Creole and Southern flavors infused with a current day twist to create some of our most popular dishes like Shrimp and Scallop Orleans, Grilled Chicken Baton Rouge, Crab Crusted Blackened Red Fish, Bourbon Street Salmon and French Quarter Beef Tenderloin to name a few.

“Masterfully spiced.”
Reviewed March 23, 2013 via mobile

Went to Harry's with 4 couples. Midweek about 5.30 and it was busy but no wait to get a very nice table, off to the back and quiet enough so we all could talk. We were on the bar side which incorporates much of the charm of the old building. Waitress was terrific and did not cringe when we asked for separate checks.
My wife had the pork medallions and I elected to have the Cajun pot pie which was a terrific dish. The drinks were two for one and the meals reasonably priced, and beautifully seasoned. Highly recommended.

Thank Sabbathday

“Great Lunch and Atmosphere”
Reviewed March 20, 2013

Restaurant is located in the "historical" section of Ocala. Based on the ceramic tile in the floor, this was originally a drug store. Modernization, while keeping the historical nature, was well done. On street parking (no meters) is available. Food was great. Our party of four had a variety of dishes, all very good. Will go back when in the Ocala area again.

“Dinner at Harry's (after long wait)”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

This week, on a Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., I went with a group of 7 ladies to Harry's for dinner.
We did not have a reservation, thinking a weekday evening, early, it would not be needed.
When we arrived we were told there would be a 2 hr. wait. The restaurant was full. Many people opted to spend the waiting time in the bar. The hostess was correct, we were seated an hour and fifty minutes later.
Once seated the waitress took our drink order and returned promply with our drinks and bread.
Dinner prices were a little high, mostly starting at 14.99 for an entree. You get an entree and one side. I ordered the Pork Tenderloin Medallions. The Medallions (3) were very good, served with mushrooms and a cracked black pepper sauce over them. I opted for the Collard Greens as my side. The greens were southern style and good
The waitress was very good, checked often and was very helpful.
I would advise any large parties to call ahead to avoid such a long wait, even early on weekdays.
