We ordered online through hungry howies, in which I have previously worked for this chain so I know the drill.. we get a call 40 min later, which we were expecting a lost delivery driver at that point just to find out our order hasn't even been prepared for the oven, but it was them saying it's going to be an hour & 15 min. We were starving and ready for this small order of two subs but the mgr got on the phone trying to make us sound as it was our fault they are running over an hour behind. We simply asked how long exactly til our food arrives at our door. He responded with "well it takes 7 minutes once it gets in the oven, and its about to go in, but there's traffic and alot of accidents so and after that it will be on its way"... lol there is not traffic, our hotel is 3 min from their location and this is a small city! There is no traffic that causes that amount of delay in this city period. We then told him to forget it and refund our card, he said "okay" & hung up. Still hoping we arent charged.
