“Not bad Thai”

Thaicoon Restaurant

We like Thai cuisine and eat it often in the DC area. This restaurant has pedestrian thai food. Location is a few miles from Singer Island and near North Palm Beach. We have eaten there on two different occasions. The food is ok, nothing to shout home about but not really mediocre. Sauces are ok, not greasy. They do ask what level of spiciness you desire. A seafood combination was decent. We liked their version of spring roles - not greasy. The hot and sour squid salad was ok but the squid - which is difficult to cook right - were a bit chewy. It was ok but not great.

Pad Thai to die for...and the staff is wonderful...we go every time we are in town and they remember our order before we sit. We are big thai food fans and thaicoon rates big time.. Enjoy!

Food was OK, service was reasonable. Nothing spectacular, but, not bad either.

My husband lived in Thai land and loves Thaicoon. Mee Grob is a favorite of my kids, sweet crunchy noodles with shrimp.

I eat lunch at Thaicoon almost weekly. The food is great and it's very affordable. The lunch specials come with entree and your choice of salad or soup. I always go with the soup because they are unique and delicious. The service is always friendly and fast. This is a great place for lunch especially when you have limited time to eat.
