We have been visiting Nonna Maria every few months for the past eight years or so and have always enjoyed the great food and warm service.
Before your meal they serve some giardiniera and a generous portion of delicious roasted garlic which tastes great when spread on the warm bread. Their main courses cover pasta to fish and everything in between. We have had the crab cake appetizer, house salad, broccoli rabe (sauteed with lots of garlic), salmon, short ribs, sausage and broccoli rabe, lasagna, eggplant parm, veal saltimbocca and more, and have always been very happy with everything.
As if that wasn't enough, their prix fixe menu is very reasonably priced and contains everything on the a la carte menu (a few items with a surcharge).
We are always greeted warmly by all of the staff (hostess to servers to busboys), many of whom recognize us although we don't visit often. Even when they're full during snowbird season, you never feel rushed or like things are out of control.
