The 'crabcakes' are made of pollock fish pellets flavored to taste theoretically like crab. The 'scallops' are stamped out of skate wings. Since this is a large food chain, one of several owned by Bloomin' Brands, could one assume this is true at every Bonefish Grill? This is consumer fraud, if so.
The food doesn't taste right and portions are getting smaller with no price decrease.
Even the key lime pie tasted dishonest--faintly chemical and no real key lime flavor.
With a large bottle of Pellegrino the two of us spent $47 on bad food. No starters and one dessert.
